Installation poor. Consumer unit/RCD switch should have been installed in garage. Never seen this installed outside. This could be switched by a child, BP Chargemaster doesn’t appear interested in rectifying as I signed acceptance form.

The whole service was amazing from the helpful and friendly call centre for bookings to the prefect installation of my change point. BP have pulled this one out of the bag 👍🏻

Can't fault the installer - he was excellent and very helpful. The admin could be better and sending the initial emails to the wrong email address (to the salesman and not to us) delayed matters.

Really easy to arrange, and they got me in pretty much straightaway. The electrician Andy who came and installed the setup was brilliant and very helpful! Would recommend!

Installer was excellent. Took a while to sort all the paperwork out which could have been a bit slicker, Chargemaster we’re not great at returning calls, but overall I am very satisfied.

The whole process was slow with multiple duplication of documents requested throughout the application that lasted over three months.

Technician arrived on time and explained very clearly what he would be doing and how and when it would affect me, ie. when he would need to turn the power off and when he would be in the house and outside. The work was carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible. The technician was friendly and when the work was completed I had everything explained to me about the operation of the unit. He then cleaned away thoroughly. Great work!

The engineer who looked after us was efficient and very helpful. The back office administration was poor. We had a technical problem that needed resolving (and still continues), and the point of contact left BP Chargemaster without any cover being provided. We have had five or six different people looking after our case. Not very impressive....

There was a problem with sending and receiving emails from my icloud email account which meant that it took a long time to send photos and get confirmation before the BP Chargemaster was fitted. The fitting of the chargemaster was very efficient and professional

Very impressed with the service and installation. Lady on the phone who helped me through the process was very efficient. Engineer who came to install the charge point done a very clean and tidy job.

The fitting of the electric charger was great but really struggling with the app that tracks charging etc - doesn't seem to exist in AppStore and the Bp Chargemaster App that I have downloaded is just a blank screen...

It was never really clear as to exactly what was required in terms of the electrical supply to my property. I appreciate they are trying to reduce costs by not having site surveys done but this makes it far too time consuming for the customer. Although I have a technical background I had to get my electrician to call them to establish exactly what was required. Having said all that the engineer that did the installation was excellent and couldn't have been more helpful.
