Very slow and complicated process, lots of going back and forth. Had provided documents but these were not acknowledged straight away, delaying the process which was blamed on me when in fact it was because the member of staff hadn't kept up with their emails.

The installation took place as arranged and without any problems. Works well and having home charging is a huge advantage.

Since the unit has been installed and it’s never worked properly, very poor response from the chargemaster team. I wish i would’ve gone with another supplier.

The installation was fine, and it charges the car effectively, however the chargevision website does not work after 3 months and various emails with Chargemaster customer services. So I am still waiting for a response to the questions that I have raised.

Had problems with the charging box, called & heard nothing For a week & was told upon my chaser call “the fault needs escalating but hadn’t as the guy never did it then had been off”. Mean time my car isn’t charged. Told was escalated & would hear from them in 48 hrs. Nothing

Does the job but in stormy conditions, quite common for Powys, I have had to reboot it.

The charger works ok sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t, about 50/50. When it doesn’t, Lights are on but no charge so have to open garage, flick the power switch of and on. It resets unit and then it works. Does it need a firmware update or is it faulty for replacement? Darren Cattley

The charger works well. There were issues organising the installation with central office- we received conflicting messages about what was needed- but the man who actually did the installation was very helpful.

Have to reboot after a 2 or 3 weeks use. App shows that I am plugged in when am not. After a charge it shows me still charging for 12 or more hours when I had it plugged in for only 2 hrs. Same story from customer support - Known issue trying to work on it. Not recommended.

In general it works well, but has tripped the fuse when starting to charge a couple of times.

From start to finish the staff at chargemaster went above and beyond my expectations. My case manager Aneka was very supportive, she was always calm and reassuring throughout the process. The gentleman who came to install the point did a fantastic job.

The installation was professional and they did a good job but unfortunately they fitted the wrong unit twice and I had to get them back 3 times before they realised the problem. It is now working satisfactory although I had to reboot it once by turning power off and on. The app which comes with it has never worked and needs more development. Overall just about acceptable.

Installation was straightforward and well organised. Operation manual doesn't come as standard item with installation and was given only upon explicit request as a PDF document. Unfortunately, the actual hardware looks outdated and gives the red light error at every charge session, so needs to be rebooted by a circuit breaker. Support was pretty slow to address the problem, and stopped any dialogue once the brute "off-on" reboot method was reported to work. It's not enough in my opinion and doesn't make the unit itself look serious and reliable.

Took ages sorting out fitting date. Now fitted, but unit is faulty. Your help line is useless ( keeps crashing). Have emailed three times now and still getting nowhere. Not even sure if it safe as I have to reset every night! Warning light still on!
