Took a long time to install, installer seemed unsure of procedure and post install do not answer email requests for information.

Wrong advice was initially given about the size of fuse required, which delayed things unnecessarily. Little or no advice given about the type of charger which would be best for my situation. No follow up to see that everything is working properly. The Chargevision facility is giving wrong information and no-one seems to want to get it fixed. Generally very slow at calling back once a query has been raised.

Good experience, kept informed pre-installation and installer arrived on time and completed installation in 2 hours. Neat and tidy job, charger easy to use with Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV.

The installation was great, very helpful and accommodating but the after sales needs work. Still waiting for connection to the app. I have called customer care but still nothing.

Firstly I must say the installer was absolutely amazing all round, nice guy, polite, helpful, Great!! However all the rest of Chargemaster are a disaster, slow, unhelpful, me having to chase them up on phone and email. They seem totally disorganised and you WILL end up doing more than should be required.

We have asked you why our type 2 chargebox does not lock securely during charging when your promotion describes it as 'lockable'. You have not responded and seem to prefer to ignore our question and concern.

The end product is fine and I’m happy with it, however it was a long road to get it. I had chosen them mainly as their price was around £100 cheaper than other companies. My initial quote was incorrect and it increased by £50 but it was still cheaper. However with me being is Scotland caused a lot of delays and after try have my money I felt I was chasing them a lot to get the install done. On the date that it was arranged for the engineer turned up at 10.30am and after looking around and drinking his tea I made him he got started at around 10.45am. He then advised me at 11.50am he couldn’t do any more as he he had to get back home and one of the other engineers would hopefully finish it the following week! I contacted the office and they gave me a date that was a further three weeks later! I dug my heels in and made it known how unhappy I was so they, by some kind of miracle, suddenly had space for a different engineer to do it on the Monday. Everythig fine from then and they also offered to refund £50. Not a great experience in getting the install as I had to be constantly on their case. Glad it’s now over with.

The service I was given by Kadiza Begum was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, she was incredibly patient when dealing with my requests and is a real credit to your company. Robert Maxfield
