Charging point was fitted promptly, sooner than I expected. The person who fitted it did a good job and communicated well. The Chargemaster is working well, and I like having a key to lock the electricity supply off when I'm not using it.

Very efficient. Mohammed Sabbir had managed to give me an installation date within a day of enquiring & installed the charger within a week!! Charger works a treat Very impressed and most recommend

Glen Noulton, who fitted the unit, was a very amiable and professional installer. He did a very neat job and I appreciated the fact he contacted me prior to his arrival. The charger works perfectly but I have one little gripe and that is the connecting plug/handle sticks out too far when it is put it's holster.

Installation quick and tidy. Pity the app was produced by a bunch of amateurs. Even in an IPhone you have to type in login details Every time to access which is a pain when your email address is a long one. It seems to register the amount of time the car is plugged in rather than charging. I set the car up to charge on a cheaper tarrif overnight. The app is not able to account for dual tarring cost calculations.

The actual physical installation was excellent. However, everything else has been a nightmare. An overly complicated process for application of the EV grant, the need to fill in endless forms and present photographic evidence - in most cases more than once, the endless stream of emails from different people at BP each time you communicate, and the links in emails that don’t work all lead me to believe that nobody in BP has a clue about what they are supposed to be doing. I begin to wish we hadn’t ordered an electric vehicle and certainly wish that BP wasn’t the chosen partner for the brand.

Poor instillation. Poor communications over getting government grant approved. Bad - Getting access to the user manual on line.

WORKING OUT OF THE OFFICE DURING LOCKDOWN MEANT THAT ALL INDIVIDUALS WORKING FROM HOME DID THEIR BEST TO ANSWER ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND WERE VERY HELPFUL IN THE CIRCUMSTANCES AND THE INSTALLATION WENT SMOOTHLY.

Excellent installation- very well done as required quickly and cleanly. The cost of the work was very poorly communicated though. The cost quoted in the first instance was £439. The invoice sent was for £549 plus the cost of an RCB with no explanation for the increase. I paid to get the job done but when I asked for a breakdown I got conflicting replies. The original quote was not apparently updated to account for the reduced grant from March 1st even though it was given on 11th March. I was then told that BP were only passing on £50 of the £150 increase. I then enquired why my cost had increased by £100. I was told that the increase was really £100 and my dissatisfaction would be referred up but no reply has been forthcoming. I will continue to chase - but I shouldn’t have to!

Product is OK, installer was great and flexible which was lucky because it was preceded by a rubbish ordering process. Communications were absolutely awful. Lack of clarity about documentation requirements, waited weeks for responses to messages after they had been read (and its nothing to do with CoVid), wrong item delivered for installation despite me asking specific questions about the spec, too many depts/people involved - no one taking ownership of the process. Still waiting (3 weeks after installation) for answers to questions.

RECOMMENDED SERVICE, KEPT UP TO DATE WITH PRE INSTALL AND RELIABLE INSTALLATION ENGINEER, PLEASANT ,POLITE AND TIDY. RECOMMENDED.

We have only had the charger fitted so far (still waiting for the car to arrive) but the communication, service and fitting by BPChargeMaster was great.

Prior to BP Chargemaster, I was going through another company, who let me down with their poor service to install. I have wasted quite some time waiting for them to do anything. Then I approached BP Chargemaster, and you have installed in a very short period of time with proper efficiency. I wish i didn't wait that long with the other company because the dealy also cost me some money on the Govt. grant. Your installer was also very efficient and proffessional. Great service overall.

I haven't had a chance yet to try out the charging unit as our car order has been delayed by Covid. The process of communicating with the Chargemaster team was fraught with difficulty and lack of response. When responses arrived they were often contradictory and unhelpful and I was unable to get an estimate of costs in advance or a breakdown of costs when payment was demanded. Phone calls were rarely answered by the relevant person and often emails were standard responses and irrelevant to the situation. I explored changing to a different supplier but in the end stuck it out. The best bit was the engineer who installed the unit who was amazing: prompt, efficient, polite, competent and tidy.

The Covid19 outbreak caused my original plans to be scrapped, but as soon as BP could install, they were straight back on it. The team kept me informed to the best of their ability. The installer was professional, although I am not sure why the cabling was laid so low to the floor as it now cloggs up with dirt ?
