Only used it once due to lock down. But much quicker than standard three pin plug. Very neat installation. Very pleased. Thanks Emerson

The process was straight forward and your engineer was very helpful, thoughtful and very knowledgeable about product and product placement. Your engineer cleared all mess up on completion.

The charger fits neatly and works well. However the star part of the installation was the installer who simply could not have been more efficient or helpful.

Accepting we were in lockdown but it took over 4months to get this sorted. Much of the problem was at the customer service end. The chap who eventually turned up on the day was lovely and got the work done efficiently. I have an issue when I get an email confirming some one is coming to install later the same day, no one turns up, no one calls and when I called BP I was told the install was’ ever going to happen’ as the whole system was on hold. Many, many emails and calls before this didn’t fill me with confidence. A supervisor eventually called, apologised and we arranged a date, to be confirmed by email. I had to ring the day before to ask if the install was going to happen and could they please send an email confirming. Whilst I’m glad it’s all done now, as a customer it was terrible service.

Will do the job but a little disappointed with the flexibility of the app. Could do with more features rather than just set charging periods one programmes.

Lockdown caused a 2 month hiatus in between ordering (and paying for) a chargemaster unit. When it was finally installed it was done very speedily and efficiently (5 out of 5 for this bit!) I have only used it twice since, and it appears to work exactly as advertised.

The service was awful. I dealt with a service advisor called Mohammed who barely understood what I was writing and gave a load of wrong info to the electrician that came out. I have a charger, the electrician was good but the admin and the support teams are appalling!!! When I asked for an email address/supervisor to complain to I was ignored.

Need to improve the customer services update their data base regular, provide more charging station and making sure working 24 hours a day. provide more charging station at Motorways, Major route and public places to be accessible by all just like any other BP garage fill up 24 hours a day regardless of what car I drive or app I have in my phone!

Excellent company to deal with. I was kept well informed throughout the ordering and installation process, in spite of the Covid-19 lockdown. Everyone I dealt with went out of their way to make sure I understood what was happening. Installation was performed quickly, neatly and cleanly.

Contact from BP Chargemaster (even through the COVID-19 lockdown) was good, and appointments were made and kept. Installation was smooth and easy, and today we have plugged the car in for the first time. Our objective is to use solar power, which generates at a maximum of 3kWh - so I have set the charge rate to 2kWh max. I find the app poor - it really does not provide sufficient feedback and control over the rate of charge. The immediate charge option is simply 'Charge full speed now' - which I don't want. Rather I want to know kWh and be able to vary that. The schedule process includes a setting to limit the kWh max, but there is nothing to tell me what it is actually charging at! So good service, but poor app.

The engineers was very professional and friendly - the installation was really quick and he worked with our electrician to complete everything in a timely manner - Very impressed

Chargemaster advisors provided assistance at each stage for completing the documentation required. Assistance was also provided when applying for the Energy Saving Trust Grant. All this was greatly appreciated. The installation of the Chargemaster Charging Station was carried out in an efficient and professional manner by Craig. He then fully explained the operation of the Charging Station.
