Home installation of the BP Chargemaster was good. tidy installation, plenty of information for me to prepare for the engineer coming. engineer was clear in communicating everything that was going to happen and got me involved with decisions. good installation. only downside is the app. I am still looking for information on this, I might have been expecting it to do more.

The kits itself is good and works well. The installation is also good. However during the installation the workman did damage some interal walls and chipped my porcelain cistern on the toilet.

The installation went well and the workmanship was of a high standard. I have however, had problems setting up the App on my I-phone and believe that it does not work with the Safari browser on Apple devices. Surely this should not be the case.

The charger unit initially installed was faulty. A replacement had to be installed. Periodically need to reset the unit at the fuse board as it stops working.

The whole installation process was straightforward, well explained and importantly actioned in a very swift timescale. The engineer who carried out the work took time to explain what needed to happen, gave me options on where cables could run and his work was very neat and tidy.

The first person assigned to arranging the installation of our unit was rude, didn't respond to emails and was generally a hindrence to getting the job done. Once he had apparently moved on things moved swiftly, communication was great and the unit was installed with no issues. We're now able to charge our car at home & begin cutting our petrol useage.
