Registered with BP Pulse last week and have not received my RFIDcard yet - called Customer Service and very helpful lady helped me charge the car for free.

This is around the home charger. Do not buy. The scheduling tool hasn't been working since April, therefore costing me around 3x as much to charge. Iv registered numerous complaints and requested a DSAR and still no one has ever called me 5 months on!!! Every time I call they promise the world and do nothing!!

I have attempted to use the BP pulse chargers at Waitrose Worcester on approx 6 occasions in the past couple of months. They have never worked first time, I have had to contact customer services each time to either get the charge started or to initialise the charger. Get through to customer services is nothing short of a joke. Today was the worst experience - I had to contact CS to get the charge started and then it would not stop. The charging cable would not disconnect from either the charger or the car. Again 15 mins to contact CS and another 10 mins to reboot the charger and allow me to remove the cable and get away. I will not be using them again or BP pulse

Charge point not working so I called in and spoke with Devashree who was very helpful, tried reset & then full reboot of charge point which got it working again & successfully charged. She stayed on phone to ensure all working after reboot.

I had a motorway journey today with my 3 year old and range was getting lower and lower and the dreaded range anxiety kicked in. I found charge post and it didn’t work so call the number on the charge post. I was surprised to get someone on the phone so quickly and she (Vivian) directed me to the nearest charge post and waited whilst I got there, she then activated the charge post for me (I didn’t have my card my bag was stolen in london last week) and I got to charge sufficiently enough for my journey. Thanks so much Vivian you’re a hero! Also the call centre is open 24 hours if you get stuck just call they will assist as much as possible.

Kwame, the customer service executive was patient, understanding and very proactive in resolving my query. He filled me with confidence that I was dealing with a professional body and my interests would be protected. Unfortunately, that was not always the case when I spoke previously to other people within the organisation.

Complete joke of an organisation. If they weren't backed by one of the largest oil companies in the world they would have gone bust a long time ago! Issues with faulty chargers, double charging, broken promises from customer service, they still owe me more than £80 for incorrectly billed charges. Avoid at all costs!!!

5* for Vivian Baffour. If it was not for Vivian Baffour I would have rated 0*. Thankfully she restored faith that great customer service still exists. I have had a nightmare of a time dealing with endless people trying to get my charger installed. I have been cut off, Sent on a goose chase you name it, 6 months of hell! Today I spoke to Vivian Baffour and she resolved all of my problems in a matter of minutes!! BP you need to employee more people like Vivian and get them all trained to her standard to fix the route causes of your problems. Wish I spoke to her 6 months ago!! Great job Vivian Baffour👏🏻

BP should stick to fuel because they are useless at providing a decent EV charging network. Impossible to find working chargers in my area.

I can only say I found them to be absolutely brilliant! I needed help and they gave me it! Couldn’t be more professional. The adviser called Kwame Bondzie is absolutely very helpful and dealt with my problem whereas previous calls have left me frustrated with BP’s service. He has done everything possible to help.

Had a problem with the Pulse charger at Cheltenham racecourse which was quickly sorted with a phone call. However, the balance on my account was then shown incorrectly. Again dealt with and corrected by speaking by phone with Yemi. Thanks, Yemi and BP. I always look for BP Pulsechargers when I can as I find them to be reliable and plenty fast enough for my car!
