The two people I dealt with most, Belinda at your service centre and you reengineer, Joe, were both really excellent. The installation was complex and Joe, both on the pre-installation site visit, and on the day of installation, was really clear about what needed to be done, and helpful in doing it, or advising how to get my energy company to do it. Belinda was really good at liaising over the visits and paperwork. My only reason for not giving full marks is that, initially, I was passed from one person to another at your service centre for about two weeks. When Belinda took on my case, everything worked perfectly, and even the people I spoke to / dealt with beforehand were helpful, but the process didn't really get going until Belinda took it on. So, to summarise: all the people I spoke to were very helpful and friendly, Belinda and Joe are outstanding, but there was a bit of a glitch in the process at the start!

My charger was installed very quickly but did not work.It took four phone calls to get through to the right department.I was promised four call backs that never happened. I have now arranged an engineer to revisit so that hopefully the charger will be fixed or replaced

The App does not work correct as it loses the keypad and wont restore this element until you shut down the app. Device advises it is still charging when it is not!

Simple tidy installation, haven’t used it yet in anger as still waiting for electric vehicle to arrive. The installation engineer was very polite and did an excellent job, when finished he gave a demonstration on how to use the charge point. Just need to see if my electricity supplier has special EV tariffs for cheaper electricity rates over night.

Excellent product everything was done for us to get the OLEVgrant very helpful on customer service the guy came round on time installed it in the rain no moaning just got on with the job in hand excellent service would recommend it to anyone with electric car or bike

Quite a protracted process. I had to constantly contact them to progess order. Installation excellent though, experienced installer. Good product.

Although EDF took an indeterminable time to fit an isolator switch, staff at bpchargemaster kept in touch by telephone and e-mail and were able to arrange for their engineer to fit the charge point device within days. The engineer was extremely efficient and helpful and carried out the installation without any fuss or problems. Overall very satisfactory.

The fitter phoned before he arrived with a time and then turned up exactly on time. He completed the job in specified time and left the house and area clean and tidy. Excellent job.

Overall experience from start to finish was very well executed , quality of the people at the call Center and the installation team was great. Some teething issues with the unit itself but this seems to have stopped.
