Installation was straightforward and well organised. Operation manual doesn't come as standard item with installation and was given only upon explicit request as a PDF document. Unfortunately, the actual hardware looks outdated and gives the red light error at every charge session, so needs to be rebooted by a circuit breaker. Support was pretty slow to address the problem, and stopped any dialogue once the brute "off-on" reboot method was reported to work. It's not enough in my opinion and doesn't make the unit itself look serious and reliable.

Took ages sorting out fitting date. Now fitted, but unit is faulty. Your help line is useless ( keeps crashing). Have emailed three times now and still getting nowhere. Not even sure if it safe as I have to reset every night! Warning light still on!

Nathan the chargemaster installer was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and very professional. Anne Marie in the call centre made the whole process from first contact to installation flawless. Thank you so much I am very pleased with the service I have received.

There was a over complicated amount of To-ing and froing before the actual installation. I was promised on several occasions to be contacted by a rep, who did not reply. After taking the initiative myself, I did eventually succeed and the staff I dealt with were pleasant and professional. Could definitely be improved on admin side- the installation itself was seem less.

When it works, it’s good. However it does need re- booting every 7-10 days which is annoying. If you don’t reboot, it refuses to charge...

It's more than a month since your engineer installed the service. No complaints about his work, nor any problem after installation of socket on my drive-way. Regarding handling the application/case through phone, it was OK generally.

The installation was good but the charger is not as promist it falling to fully charge batteries the car battery gives 28m when fully charged the best I have got from charger is21m and as low 15m on a overnight charge very disappointed

I had great service from Glen, who fitted my charger on the 28 October, he was highly professional and a real credit to BP, if possible could this feedback be relayed to both Glen and his manager.

The charger works fine with our Renault but errors almost every time we charge our BMW so we have to reset it and have come to use the car in the morning having left it on charge to find it has not charged at all

Once I had overcome some initial bureaucratic processes from Head Office I was pleased with the way our BP Chargemaster was installed and with the way it works.

Very polite and efficient. Staff made it easy to arrange for the chargemaster fitting they went out of their way to find us a suitable time and date to suit us The engineer turned up exactly as he said he would He explained everything that he was going to do He did an excellent neat job and explained fully how to use it In this day and age this company was a pleasure to deal with

EV not yet delivered so it is all a complete mystery. The fitting of the charging unit was done by a competent cheerful operative. I am unable to use the Chargemeaster app because I cannot log on. I do not understand what options I have for charging when away from home. What are the systems and operators? Chargemasters web site is completely inane and banal on the subject and as much us as an ash tray on a motor bike. RM
