My Chargemaster charge point has failed to connect with the Chargemaster App

the engineer who installed the charger was excellent, on time, polite etc. Prior to this I was frustrated with difficulty in making contact, endless information and photos needed and no no response when they had been sent sonot sure if all was well, changes in dates and late information about what changes had to make which cost me £400, i should have beenn told this at the outset.

Excellent customer service overall - the staff were really helpful, especially with draft questions from a Luddite! Thank you for your patience. The engineer who did the initial survey and then the installation was absolutely fantastic - nothing was an issue or a problem. the final installation looks superb. Thank you.

We had a good experience in terms of service, the only gripe was that there was a lead time of several weeks and therefore my chargepoint was installed after we took delivery of our all-electric car!

The paperwork required to order the home charger was a little convoluted but I believe this is primarily due to legislation etc. The staff were always friendly, polite and efficient on the phone and by email. The installation was carried out on the appointed day, the fitter arrived bang on time and did a perfect job including explaining the operation of the unit to me and leaving everything spotless.

The installation took ages from the go ahead with several checks, miscommunications and lost reports. When the day of the final installation arrived the engineer was extremely profffesional and safety conscious. I could see that all the necessary regulations were scrupulously followed and the guy was a hero working, without complaint, in appalling weather conditions. The unit charges well and as advertised but, having opted for the more expensive unit, the Dashboard App Returns nonsense data concerning the amount of energy used (kWh).. on the plus side Alec, one of your support team, is on the case and is keeping me up to date on the status of a fix.

Customer service agents in general unhelpful, one was quite rude! miscommunication within the department if I hadn't already purchased the kit I would have gone elsewhere I would not recommend BP Chargemaster

Misleading advertising. Paid more for a 'lockable' unit. It doesnt lock anything. The 'key' only switches the electricity on and off. Even the car dealer thought 'lockable' meant it locked the cable in place while charging. It doesent so is very easily stolen. Complained and promised call from manager. Never received one. Appauling customer service. Would not recommend this company. Going to trading standards.

I found dealing with your administration a little frustrating. I was given about three provisional installation dates without an indication of what that meant. When I phoned to change the date and to explain that the only day we would not be available for the installation was a Wednesday and the date given was a Wednesday, I was made to feel rather foolish that I expected them to come on that date and was told that it was provisional and they would give me an earlier date. In time a new date was provided but again it was a Wednesday which required me to contact your company again. The installation was handed over to another company and we were very happy with their service,

Very happy with everything except the wait time for the installation. The engineer who fitted the charger was most pleasant, courteous and efficient. The telephone and email contacts were conducted professionally.
