Great experience with BP Chargemaster. Both those we were in touch with to set up the installation, and the installation engineer were so helpful and easy to communicate with.

The installation was well done but it ceased to charge a few days later. I called the Jaguar help line and they attended, were helpful but did not cure the problem. In the end I may have fixed it by closing everything down and restarting the system. OK now, but not without problems.

The staff at BP ChargeMaster were always hugely helpful in navigating me through the process and ensured I was buying the appropriate solution. Installation was smooth and mostly neat and tidy. Since use, one minor glitch which was rectified with a phone call. The mobile app could do with improvement. Particuly having to log in each time is painful and it could be far more intuitive.

Fitters and surveyors are excellent. Call centre staff failed to return calls and constantly made promises which they failed to keep. Absolutely awful. Even companioning directly to the CEO and COO didn't help.

Absolutely terrible service. Delays. Lies. People not calling back ever. As a business owner I would be so upset if my team acted like your team did.. If I did it all again I would never ever use your company.

Customer service was absolutely shocking. Poor communication, lack of product and installation knowledge, wrong prices quoted. It went on for over 2 months. Appalled. However installer was great, did his job quickly and efficiently. He was the only one who saved the whole thing from being a disaster.

The charger works well apart from when the car is set up for timed charging. After this has effected a charge, the charger has to be reset before it will charge again. This involves turning it off at the mains for at least 30 minutes. This is inconvenient and sometimes means we miss being able to charge the battery for a journey. Also I have been unable to access the mobile phone app because of a technical fault with the website. This still has not been resolved after 5weeks.

Not good Your team never get back to me on time by email They promise to call back but never call back You could also not keep the first fitting date and wasted one day of my work I regret using your service

A great install of my new charger which replaced a tethered unit to make it future proof. I was given options as to where to put the charger; but in the end just replaced the old charger in it's original location

really terrible service from the office with the install taking so long that the initial application had expired. I had to do all the chasing and at one point even resorted to emailing the MD of Chargemaster. He didn't respond either. The engineer was great when we finally managed to get him on site. Pick another installer!

The unit does not work with the scheduling on the app. Ive been waiting 2 weeks for this to be fixed.

Poor customer service- took 3 months to get the charger installed after a lot of chasing the team to just be fobbed off! Eventually got the charger installed only to be faulty after 1 weeks use! Awaiting an engineer after 48 hours of logging the fault to come out and check/ replace the unit! Hopefully it will be up and running !
