Our fitter William was extremely conscientious and professional. He went out of his way to tailor the job to our requirements and we are pleased with the neatness of the installation.

Excellent customer service, assistant managed to get us a fully funded installation even though the car dealer said we were not eligible. Unit did stop working after a month but they replaced it for free within a couple of days of being notified

All fitted in good time, neat installation, wasn't aware of earth stake requirement until fitter arrived which wasn't an issue for me but if unit was sited above a driveway may be a problem.

All communication with the Chargemaster team was and Friendly and efficient. The Installer was prompt, friendly and quality focused checking, I was happy with everything related to the installation and operation of the charger before he left.

The on-site service was excellent: the engineers who came out for the survey and installation were both very capable, helpful and informative. The installation itself was carried out efficiently and neatly. The communication from the administration office was sometimes confusing, but problems were quickly sorted. Thanks!

I wish the charging unit 'Tells' you when the car is fully charged. Surely a flaw in the system. Otherwise every bit worth

The information given was incorrect on several occasions. There was no understanding of the electrical system and an incorrect requirement for an additional isolating switch in series with the excising isolation was initially required. Totally unrealistic installation dates were also supplied.

Lengthy delays in installation caused unnecessary hassle. Poor communication within the organisation. I emailed CEO regarding my concerns and got no reply. Staff were friendly and tried to help but on too many occasions I was let down. Despite requesting installation in Nov 2018 the charger was not installed until March 2019 - months after delivery of my Zoe.
