Very good service and installation

I was charged an extra £50 for a switch, when the engineer fitted the charger he said I did not need, the service from your business section was so poor I had to have one fitted by another company, (No response, no call back, weeks for a site visit, weeks for a quote)

Slight confusion over the cable length discussed. thought it was the length to the car but actually the 20 m was from the fuse box. The device itself quite expensive for what it is and would be better with a retractable cable like on the streets and like hose reals.

Absolutely awful service from head office. Missed emails appointments and complaining to them is an absolute waste of time. Unprofessional and inefficient are understatements.

My dealings with Chargemaster from the very beginning right up the installation of the charging point have been very good. Always very helpful on the phone and the engineer who install the charging point was also very helpful and did a excellent job.

Quick reply when I was stuck for the first charge. Card works fine in my local charging stations. Delay in installing a charger at my home despite applying early.

Workman was very good and very friendly. Getting all the admin done was a chore and had to fill out the OLEV twice, as the time taken meant the first form had run out of date.

The customer service may very little attempt to follow up her queries. I had to do all this. Once the monies had been paid then there seemed little interest in getting an installation date and again I had to chase. The installer was excellent
