Yes it took a little while before we had the home charger fitted, but we were kept updated all the time and if we needed to supply any information. When fitting day arrived the engineer was great, talked to me about the installation and how to use the app. Great service

I enjoyed a very good service from BP Chargemaster to fit my new home charge unit. The electrician arrived on-time, had some additional work to do as it needed a direct cable from our meter box (unexpected by me) but he took this in his stride and completed the work with no fuss in a few hours. I'm very happy, thank you.

Installation good , but charger needs to be rebooted occasionally , I have emailed to check if this is normal , I was told someone will contact me . So far no one has been in touch

Impressed with my home BP Chargemaster, from initial call through to neat installation (took 4 hours) about 2 weeks later. Quick, knowledgeable & helpful. Smart functions working well.

The engineer turned up promptly, as agreed and installed the charger in around 3 hours. A fairly neat job and an explanation of how to use was given. Works well.

Information is poor on who is responsible for the installation.ie the meter upgrade the fuse upgrade, I had to deal with my energy company, power UK ,my own electrician and yourselves.

I was asked several times to supply the same information, photos etc that had already been sent. I was not informed of the need to earth the charger which made a big difference to where it could be installed. The installer who intended not have suitable equipment with him to bury the earth deep enough.

Well informed on times and dates. The electricians as clean and tidy. The only thing that was wrong was we needed a earthing rod, which the electrician said we should of been told as the company knew it was going on a outside wall. Apparently it against rules and regs to not have one.

Unit installed only delivered 2 successful charges. Faulty ever since. Reported over 3 weeks ago but not had any contact back and customer service currently just fobbing me off saying they are awaiting a response from their 'technical' department

Installation process is easy but unit feels cheap and has fallen off the wall twice within the first 6 months

The charge master worked intermittently at first and I had to switch in and off a few time’s on instructions. Your operative revisited. It still didn’t work. A second operative cane and told me the fuse was wrong and incorrectly wired After he finished it works properly
