Very good overall but occasionally stop charging for no reason. Ap is a bit erratic in the data it records.

Very good service although trying to re-contact the initial advisor dealing with my order proved difficult. On the whole a fairly straight forward and hassle free experience.

The charge point is easy to use but I get duplicate readings when I check usage. For example it will show I have charged my car for x no of hours on a date plus what the costs are. Directly following there will be an identical figure both in units used and the fee but NO minutes on charge.

Installation very good but very difficult to get through to customer service team and then very slow at dealing with problems. Mine remains outstanding.

Very good service, expensive though. Even with the government grant, I thought the work was very costly, particularly as I had installed the circuit myself

1. The pre-installation customer communication was great. 2. The installation was seamless also. 3. The unit itself seem to work fine 4. Only rated "acceptable" because the App and Online Chargevision web page are very buggy. Scheduled charging only works sometimes. The charge history is unreliable also. For example one overnight charge is showing up as a duration of 121 hours on the App and 50 years on the web page !

I was told to install all the wire at my expens an it should of been fitted by installer and Iv had no refund

Took several months to install way from the original request. Delays meant I had to fill all the paperwork in more than once .

survey of cupboard containing electrical supply carried out very promptly by very pleasant and knowledgable engineer and system quickly installed by same man a few days later. very well done!

The ordering process and setting of the installation date was very efficient and communication was excellent. The actual installation of the wall box charger was carried out neatly and without any problems by the electrician who contacted us the evening before letting us know that he was going to arrive between 8am and 9 am. I was very impressed with the whole process. Thank you.

Brilliant technician ,who arrived at 7.58 and left at 12.20 He explained everything Never stopped for breaks. Scott Mc Callan was his name Gave him a tip to buy some Guinness when he got back to Glasgow

The engineer arrived on Tuesday 24th September and was unable to install the charge point. He carried out a survey and identified what needs to be done and said that he would submit a report to Chargemaster from whom I would hear shortly. His work was perfectly acceptable and he was polite and efficient. What is not acceptable is that Chargemaster have yet to contact me to arrange a further appointment. A five week delay is unacceptable.

Very straightforward to arrange and the fitter who actually fitted the charge point was superb. Took the cables under the house and made a vert tidy job of it.

Had a replacement home charge unit fitted two weeks ago Due to issues with the old one reporting that it was constantly plugged in. My account has yet to be updated with the new units serial number and reset in the hope that the problem is resolved. I have made a number of calls and been passed between customer services and the home serve team neither of whom will accept the responsibility of updating the system. Absolutely terrible customer service and a waste of time having a Smartcharge system if it does not do its job. I will be deleting this app and would not recommend bp charge master to anyone.

You take to long and I had to get half the job done by another electrician. You only want to do the easy part of the job.

Installation was good but cable is too short. It would be better if it was a stretch coil cable. We keep having to move other vehicles around to get the Hybrid car close enough to the charger because of the shortness of the cable. The casing on the wall used to wrap the cable round is plastic so only time will tell as to whether it's up to the job or not. When you wrap the cable back round the casing on the wall your hands get wet and dirty where the cable has been on the floor. It would be better if it was retractable. I think it was expensive for what it is.
