I regret having a chargemaster installed as using it is SLOWER than using my wall box.

Can’t fault fitting at all. Done to a high standard. Unfortunately there’s been a couple of occasions that it’s not connected to the car and I’ve had to reset it by switching off and on the fuse at the mains. Not ideal.

I was not fitted, earthing issues with items that had nothing to do with the installation of the new charging point, I guess this survey was sent to me in error!!

I explained I was 72 lady on my own and I was promised that I would only speak to one person and it would be an easy process. That didn’t happen, I found the whole thing stressful and frustrating. I didn’t know I had to purchase a lead to plug in as I thought it was part of the package. I was unsure what to order and as opposed to a talk through I was just sent a web link!!! The engineer who installed the unit was the one that gave the most help. He explained things in a way I could understand, and made sure I understood and checked I had the right lead before leaving .

An excellent customer experience. The on line sales contact and associated telecom were conducted very satisfactorily. Charger was installed as booked by a skilled professional. First impressions on the charger and associated App are very good.

Call centre didn’t always call back when they said they would but they gave quick and very good support when it turned out I had a looped supply and they completed a very technical questionnaire to my DNO on my behalf. The install of the charger was excellent and very neat and tidy, overall would recommend them to prospective customers.

There is no problem with the wall unit it is app that is totaly useless, It tells me I am connected when I am not and vice versa and it accumulates the charging time long after I have discontinued the car. In the charging history I have one charge of 288 hours! The app needs totally re programming.

This is the third unit I have had to have installed. So that’s pretty unimpressive. But the response when I have reported the faulty units has been swift and has felt responsive.

Very easy to apply for - support staff took everything from there and made all the necessary arrangements. They found an appointment faster than promised, which was great. Excellent service and workmanship was clean and tidy. Happy with my installation. Thank you!

All staff very helpful especially the installation engineer who explained how and why he was working, he also made sure I purchased correct charge lead to suit my car.

My sales advisor at at BP Chargemaster was rarely available which caused weeks of unnecessary delays. The BMW wall box I wanted and ordered was not available. No one told me that a grounding post was necessary which caused much panic on the day of installation as I have tear up my garage and my newly installed block paving path that I have.

Buyers Beware! Chargemaster failed to provide a good enough earth for their unit - cost me an extra £210 for a separate company to do this. So not happy!
