You should read the emails which I have sent , to which i have not received a reply. You cancelled the installation at short notice . Engineer did not survey properly in spite of photos and texts to him. No help on telephone. Very disappointed and hope you will now get back to me to sort.

The installation was quite stressful as it was unclear for a while whether or not it could be achieved The system has failed a couple of times since and has had to be isolated to reset it How ever in general it is a great investment and a worthwhile venture

App is useless and never works. The street chargers hardly ever work due to contactless pad failures. Give a cash option on machines as well

Did not supply me with a Building Regulations Compliance Certificate for the electrical work. Months after the installation and after numerous requests, I have yet to receive one.

Whilst the specific engineer we dealt with was good, there were unforgivable delays in the installation of our ChargePoint which took well over 2 months from the point of purchasing the car. This included issues with BP Chargemaster only having a single engineer covering a large area of the country. The result was that our initial audit took far too long to be carried out and the secondary appointment for the job itself took even longer as the sole engineer was on annual leave. In addition, a third appointment had to be made for a week later due to insufficient cabling having been ordered. We are happy with the job itself, but the length of time it took to complete was terrible, and put us under tremendous pressure since we were unable to use the car that we had purchased.

Lots of proactive phone calls, but a confusing process, queries on emails and photographs. Glad it’s fitted now so that it’s over with. The fitter was great, however nobody pointed out to me that charging lead wouldn’t be long enough - so I have a hidden cost for an extender cable.

The installation was quite complex requiring the box to be some distance from the meter. Everything was done very neatly to a high professional standard in quite bad weather conditions.

The installer guy was very helpful and efficient. There are some bugs in the SmartCharge app, meaning my tracking data is flawed. (I have lots of 0-minute charges with significant £-costs attached to them).

Electrician was brilliant polite and professional, made a fantastic job of fitting Charger unit is easy to use and stylish. Chargers zoe from empty in 5 hours.
