What a fantastic team from girls in admin to Alan Richardson the electrical technician who fitted our Homecharge socket, all very professional in their work. Alan's workmanship and nothing being to much trouble in making sure the socket was fitted where we wanted made the installation go smoothly and stress free. Definitely requires pay rise or bonus.

Very pleased with the Charging Unit. Electrical Fitter arrived on time and had a polite and friendly manner. He carried out the installation with the minimum amount of disruption and cleaned on completion of his work - thank you.

Charger is great and easy to use. Installation engineer was excellent and very helpful and cleaned up after himself. The APP is disappointing as it often loses the keyboard and you need to continually enter your password.

Poor installation. Broke a curtain rail. No certificate of installation. No label stating install for new electrical board. Failed to install from newly installed double pole isolation switch. Horrendous.

Sales team kept me informed of schedule. Installed as arranged with no problems and no unexpected extra charges. Only took a few hours to fit and test - all up and running OK

Phone calls and emails ignored .Photos of meters sent 4 times not being an electrician no idea what was wrong and did not find out for 2 weeks. Car was ordered and ready for collection1st Aug no use without charge box which was eventually fitted 6th Sept. Still not received the key fob promised in 2 days. The fitter was excellent,on time very professional and tidied up leaving no mess

The garage that sold me their electric car did not warn me of all the hurdles I must jump, before your booked home charger could be installed. We only just made it on the appointed day, with a callout from my local electrician. Your fitter, Alan Richardson, was quite excellent, and helpful.

Relatively smooth experience. The charge point installer was very good. It would be 5 stars if not for the confusion around booking the installation which led to missing the original date. Re-scheduling was straightforward, luckily.

The admin side was ok, would have probably given that 3 stars, but Joe, the installation guy, was excellent and delivered a five star service.
