Poor beyond belief . A company that is supposed to be at the forefront of a new era run like an inept dinosaur with employees told to lie to the customer . Would I recommend you ? No .Have I bought a single drop of fuel from BP in the 2 months it has taken you to fit the home charger ? No I am stunned at how out of touch you appear to conduct yourselves ? But then again this a government backed scheme so should I be surprised ?

I was very impressed - good communication throughout the process and very helpful staff. The charging unit was installed exactly as we had requested, and on the day that worked best for us.

Very clean tidy workman. Ensured didn't have to purchase the separate RDC I was advised was needed. Had a couple of use full tips ref charging and maintenance

BP Chargemaster dealt with my enquiries in a timely and efficient way. They went on to meet my needs in fitting a charging point to my home in a businesslike way.

Other than the installation,I think the service I received was poor, my installation date was changed several times and to top it all off when engineer came to install he noticed that my fuse board was not ok ,this all should have been noticed from information I had provided. This meant that I had time off for no reason. I then had to get my energy provider in who then told me I had to get UK power network in to make an upgrade. Surely it would be better to give the correct information out at the beginning to save us all a lot of time

Ordered and paid by. BMW in March 18 Installed May 19 (14 months later) and have been unable to fully charge the car by chargemaster . Tried to get someone to listen but no one interested . Very poor service uncaring uninterested response .. Hugh Scott 07920 799626

Telephone contact was difficult with different people having to be refreshed on the order every time I called. After that it became straight forward & engineer made it an enjoyable process.
