The actual fitting of the charging unit was excellent. Quick easy and the guy was knowledgeable and competent. I had nearly cancelled it after weeks of phone calls and emails , the administration side is awful, time consuming and unhelpful. A minefield. Good luck

Excellent service. Installation was faultless and the Customer Liaison person was very attentive and responded speedily to all my emails. The only problems we encountered were with out Electricity Provider who insisted on a Capacity Check which took far too long to rearrange and resulted in no additional modifications.

Good install, quick and efficient but the installer could have cleaned up after him. Left empty box with mess in it and after drilling holes

Poor customer service. Asked for help filling forms in and got poor response. The engineer was excellent, polite, correspondence was very good. A credit to the company.

The whole process of applying for installation of the BP Chargemaster and grant was very smooth. Thank you for that. The installer was very helpful and quick with the job - clearly not his first EV charger installation. BP Chargemaster staff was also very responsive via email and called to followed-up re installation date. Very good customer experience. Thank you.

The installer was coughing\sputtering did not wear a mask.where holes were drilled inside walls the mess was left for us to vacuum up.he left all the empty boxes for me to dispose of and used our internal toilet during this covid time . The unit on the outside wall is fine.

whilst the performance of your telephone booking operators was fantastic and definitely 5 stars the performance of the electrician is why your down to two stars, probably should be one star. the installation seemed to go smoothly and all appeared well. When I checked however in our main consumer unit we had one 32 Amp breaker feeding main circuits in the house, another of 16 Amps feeding a couple of rooms. A spare breaker of 10A was also in there, a range of others fed other circuits to the house To get a 32A feed to the dedicated chargemaster consumer unit, the electrician used my 32A breaker, putting the other circuits all through the 16 A circuit, the 10A breaker had been removed for some reason and was destroyed in the process (better tell this electrician that older breakers have the clip at the top) wiring not neat as well in the consumer unit. the upside is that the house was now being fed from a 16A so this started tripping quite happily, ive not reinstalled another 32A line to prevent this, at my expense, also still down a 10A breaker that was to be used for a small garage run.
