Installation of my home charger was quick and easy. The engineer installing the unit was professional and courteous, explained everything well and tidied up after himself. Very happy with the service. Now I just need to wait for my car to be delivered so I can start using it.

Good engineer and very courteous, cables are very obtrusive though. I thought it would be less visible and also I was told I would receive an email for the app which I have not seen yet

Good communication, electrician capable and careful when installing the unit in a period home. We have not tried the unit yet and cannot comment on the charging experience. Thanks.

They kept asking for the same details and took 9 weeks to fit it after the car delivery. I had to resort to buying my own 13amp charging cable at a cost of £250. The actual fitting was very well done.

Dreadfully slow throughout the process, particularly in supplying a quote for the installation, which was then ignored and an increased price charged! I complained 10 days ago and have not even received an acknowledgement yet.

excellent service. Engineer was very professional, very polite. did a nice , neat and clean job. there was no mess. Case manager was very helpful. she was very good in her communication. The equipment is good. only thing that i will suggest, there should be a lock to lock the cable while it is charging for security. Thank u guys,

Great installation but Customer follow up, lack of user manual and generally super slow responses to requests for help undermined an otherwise great customer experience.

I constantly had to chase for answers, no call backs when promised. The surveyor didn't give adequate info to us for our electrician and then didn't supply the account manager with a report afterwards. The engineer who came to fix the charge point complained that the team at the office "didn't know what they were doing"
