How long does it take to complete an installation ? Almost 125 days ! Someone is sick and someone is on holiday, and someone is no more working for the Company. End result 125 days.

My manager was not very good he was leaving so obviously not interested. Alan who installed it was brilliant. On time quick neat and explained everything very well. What service should be but so often isn’t.

Charger seems ok. No probs though only had it 2 weeks. The rubbish part is the app. It’s very basic and seems to wrongly show charging info. Please improve the app !!!!

Very pleased with our Chargemaster. The whole process was excellent from the first call to discuss what was needed, to the final placement inside the garage. Although the connection to the fuse box and the cabling to the garage wasn’t straight forward it was no trouble for our electrician. Very easy to use.

The BP Chargemaster installation engineer was really courteous and professional. He took great pride in his work and did a very thorough job. All I need now is my new car to start using the home charger!

The service we received from BP Chargemaster was fantastic. From initial contact we had multiple emails and calls to discuss details as well as a site visit prior to our installation. Throughout the process including the install, which was carried out by a very experienced and friendly team, I can not praise enough. A particular thank you to Dan our installer and Hina on the end of the line to assist us with my multiple questions and clarifications. Well done. Best Mr W Haag

Installed in terrible weather conditions nonetheless the technician remained calm and informative throughout. He did a fantastic job and was really courteous. The charging point works perfectly.

I was very pleased with the installation. The technician was very thorough and asked questions at the start to make sure the installation route was just as I wanted it. At the end everything was tidied up and the system explained to me.

Decent product and service from the guys on the phone and the installer. But:- Too many regular chase up calls. Awkward photo and document process. Charge cable is not long enough and was not properly explained, this will end up costing me a hidden £144 for an extension lead.

system stopped working after 3 days of an ev ownership. no place to make contact with charge master no service to help. car not being charged and no way to make contact. in addition I have requested a receipt for the costs of installation and no response

The staff we very helpful on the phone while arranging the installation, and Paul did an excellent job to put the point in my detached garage - took a few obstacles to bypass. Well done guys!
