The person who comes to install wasn't professional at all.His attitude towards customer is not up to standard.He didn't gave option how to run cable.After running the cable the way suites him his intention wasn't to hide cable with trunke but i have to force him to do something to hide cable.My request to you to give proper training.He had complete the job but after lots of intervene.I have no complain to any of the office staff. they were very helpful.

Excellent service. Helped me sort out minor problems prior to installation. As soon as Covid 19 restrictions were lifted the unit was installed within 3 days by a very professional gentleman who did a superb job.

Have yet to take delivery of the car that this will charge. But so far it hasn't had any problems. Will give a fuller review later

The process of ordering and booking a date was smooth. All customer service people were helpful and professional. On the day, the guy was on time explained everything and did a really neat job. It works well. Exxellent service.

Too much form filling, but worse than this was inconsistent information between different staff. One staff member was quite confrontational when I was trying to clarify differing Information regarding photographic requirements of various features.

Charges car but can not get the app to work despite numerous calls to help line. It does not give any charge history/costs though it should, and ive been trying/calling for a month now. Makes it impossible to work out how much extra electricity I am using to keep my monthly payments right. Unit itself is simple to use but the dock for the charger plug sticks out far more than I would like so I leave it hanging most of the time.

The only issue was that the order and installation were delayed by COVID 19. The pleasant surprise of being eligible for the grant after all made up for the long wait, though.

While the process seem to be long winded and so many different people from BP getting involved was a bit confusing. However on the day the engineer was professional and explained the fitting process, all went well and it was fitted exactly where I wanted it. After he had fitted the POD he explained how it worked.

A rather protracted installation owing to the Covid19 restrictions but when it finally happened a very efficient and professional installer carried out the works and we are very pleased with the result.

Difficult to buy, lots of questions endless emails rude staff took months to get. Then cost 500 not 399 including ugly wall box, rubbish app.

Good communication prior to setting up the charger, despite the pandemic. Staff did their best to cope while working from home. Unit works well.
