Customer service - too many handoffs Information on public chargepoints is not always accurate - especially slow chargers 7kw v higher speed chargers Need more higher speed charge points to access - 7kw is ok if charging overnight

Birds do not sing sweeter, the sun does not shine brighter and children do not skip and smile at me when I pass them by since having a BP Chargemaster. The charger sits in my garage and charges my electric car, as I would expect. Hold.....do I hear doves cooing whilst I write this review. No.....I think not.

The installation is neat and performs very well. I particularly like the ability to have online visibility of charging data with energy, times and dates.

Appalling service, far too slow getting the charge master installed, unclear instructions for exactly what they wanted photographed leading to delays in setting a survey date. Then further delays in setting an installation date. It was booked for a Friday for a day and half installation so the half day was a week later. Then told we needed an isolation switch in the mains box. When we queried this as the surveyor had said we did not need to get one.Tthey insisted we did need one -so had it installed on a Saturday (cost £210) then told that we did not need it as the man who came to do the work had the correct one to install in a different place. A complete farce from start to finish. How they have the government contract beats me - total ineptitude. I will be complaining!!!

Sorting out all the required paperwork and pictures etc could have been smoother, so much information required from lots of different parties, made worse by the fact this is a leased company vehicle, but the engineer turned up when arranged and completed the job swiftly.

Poor for a couple of reasons. Firstly, it took two days, 10 days apart, to install the Charging Unit and you only get told it'll take two days when the 1st engineer downs tools at 3pm. Secondly, the ChargeVision system doesn't work initially. You have to contact Chargemaster to complain about it for it to start working.

Was not sufficiently briefed about functionality of monitoring through my computer. If I had been, would have looked for a different model. Should have asked!

My sending photos to you was good so you could advise I needed electric upgrade to my garage. You knowing I would not receive my car till March, you could have delayed applying for my OLEV - as it was, I had to reapply when the 6 weeks expired. Days before installation, I was unnerved by a competitor (who coincidentally was installing for my neighbour) suggesting that extra charges for electric kit may be needed. Thank you for reassuring me over the telephone that my payment would cover the installation. All good thanks. Feel free to use photo as you wish.

Although the BP Chargemaster website could be improved and the process of arranging installation could be made more efficient, I was very happy with Glen, my installer, and the 7kW charger that he installed. Recommended.

Very clean installation as to the specifcation I requested. Easy to use but occational issues with my Zoe computer.
