“From the time the survey was carried out to the completed installation was exceptionally quick. The installer made a very neat job of installation and was extremely efficient. the whole thing could not have gone better.”

“Efficient and sensitively done installation. The price seemed competitive too, from a quick look at alternatives. I was disappointed that it took some time to get the job into the system, but that may have been the fault of the garage. I also had to ask for the charge for extra cabling to be reduced, as the initial amount requested was based on a poor estimate by the installer, but that was corrected promptly.”

“Very happy with my BP Chargemaster so far. Looks neat and tidy within my garage and easy to use. From the day of ordering to my installation was well handled by the admin department and they advised me as to the process and date of installation. The only small issue was the waiting time which was 2.5 months from ordering till completion but I think that was for 2 reasons. They were very busy and they only have one engineer in Scotland where I reside. However all in all I am very satisfied and would highly recommend them.”

“Fitting was excellent but it would have happened sooner if Chargemaster could actually identify a single pole from a double pole switch in a photograph and save me unnecessarily calling out my electricity supplier first.”

“The whole process was excellent from start to finish. The people in the office were very helpful and answered all my questions. When the installer came he was polite and very tidy. The installation was very smooth and professional. The charger is very easy to use and the statistics it provides helps me to understand the costs of charging my car.”

“The Chargemaster operative arrived slightly early and had done some of the external work before I arrived home but nothing that I would not have wanted. The rest of the install was done professionally and tidily and all of my questions were answered well.”

“Customer service, order process and invoicing etc were all fine. Quality of workmanship on fitting was poor. See attached photo. How can that be deemed as a standard that BP find acceptable?!!!!!”
