The unit has to be reset 3-5 times a week for it to connect to the car. Sometimes it connects automatically other times have to reset at the trip switch bu turning power on and off

Happy with the neatness of the installation of the charger point, however, recently observed that the rails in the consumer unit were left excessively long allowing them to become partially trapped. (This has been rectified). I also am experiencing the charger “locking up” and not charging my vehicle till I perform a reset by powering the charge point down and back on again. This is not know till I get in to drive the car to find it hasn’t charged! The app for monitoring and controlling the charge point will not connect despite following the emailed instructions to the letter. To date I have not been able to resolve this with chargemaster.

The 7kw Charger Unit is an excellent product. The App supporting usage, cost and "saving" against fossil fuel is useful. The hardware is reliable and I look forward to a roll-out of lutra-fast chargers units in the North of England

The whole process was officious, inflexible and tedious. Trying to provide the amount of electrical information & photos became a joke. If only the person dealing with our case had mentioned that you were able to send an engineer for a prior survey would have solved the problem. Instead we were asked to get our own electrician to report on the information required. Please make your process user friendly-after all you are simply providing a electrical charging facility not some nuclear installation!

This installation has much improved the usability of my electric vehicle, halving the charging time. The installation was swift, very neat and the administration was straightforward and simple. Both the office staff and installation electrician were first class.

Poor service overall poor communication, set up process is too long. Had to send paperwork twice. Different departments asking for the same info when already sent. Repeatedly asking for site photos after THEIR engineer had been to survey. Extremely poor service when reported a fault on the unit, Had to call them 3 times in one week as nobody got back to me. Will never use again
