“The whole process was managed very well and I was kept informed of every step. The engineer who attended was very polite, did a fantastic job and the workmanship was incredibly neat and tidy too.”

“Home charger great, though not sure lock works. Rapid charger at Didcot heat but far too few. Allegedly 500 a month. Significant stretches of road left uncovered so far.”

“Made a point before installation that I did not consider the charge lead to be long enough to reach the car charging point.(4.7m) This proved to be the case. Charger therefore useless. Have to resort to an extension lead and charging unit supplied with the car. A waste of time and money and a fudge on the so-called Grant system.”
