The difficulties at the charging point were quickly sorted out on the phone by a very helpful and efficient agent.

Apparently the Harthill BP Pulse charge points off the M8 can't operate by credit/debit card payment, yet the charge point display offers that as a payment option and there's a card swipe point under it.??!!!??? Very helpful Technical Support on the phone got me connected.

Re: BP Pulse 24158 at Solstice Park (Amesbury) on the afternoon of Sunday 22nd May. The BPP app was telling me that it was 'not available' notwithstanding that I had just seen a previous user drive off the point to allow me on it! I immediately rang CS who, as usual, replied quickly, were v polite and helpful and automatically started up the point. I charged my car and left 90 minutes later. This was something of a relief because I have had difficulties at all the other fast chargers at that location. Well done BP!

I had a problem using the app to charge my car. I have £15 of credit (I don't have a BP card). I phoned BP and ahelpful member of staff connected me remotely

Tried to restart a faulty charger. Very helpful but we didn't get a charge in the end and an engineer visit was required

Great on-line service. BP Pulse, initially had an issue with the app and getting the offer working. The friendly operators reset the data and all working fine now. Good response times.

very please with it but the car as a range of 300miles when I put the car on charge It only geos to 250plus miles

Registered with BP Pulse last week and have not received my RFIDcard yet - called Customer Service and very helpful lady helped me charge the car for free.

The brick lane chargers in Enfield were both down, rang and thanks to the gentleman I spoke to, he got me charging on 1 and it was the same as last week, the other charger is still waiting to be repaired. These chargers have been pretty reliable before hand.

A few days ago my cable got stuck in my car and BP charger in a public carpark,it was some time before the operator answered my phone,but when he did he was very helpful (the control centre systems were going down a lot that day ) he was unable to help so got a engineer to call me and he was able to sort it out,thank you customer service and engineer dept.

Phone support very good once you get to an Agent. Long hold times. Pulse should reimburse difference in Guest and Member rates of the charger cannot authenticate a member's card through Pulse system issues.

After six weeks of waiting I got active membership on the app and the promotion offer applied from lease company. Six weeks is a frustratingly long time, but today the operative Ana Elderton sorted it all for me, spending a lot of time on phone and talking to other colleagues. The app seems slow, and lack of charging stations especially on motorways is frustrating.

Worst possible nightmare, 200 miles and 4 hours from home on a Sunday! Returned to car at a Cambridge Park & Ride unit to find not only that the car had not been charging in our absence but even worse, our cable could not be released from the charging unit. App not working. Customer service at BP Pulse informed us that most of their IT systems were down. However, with some dogged determination on the part of their excellent customer representative (Anzaila) and a good deal of patience on our part, she set about trying to reboot the unit remotely in an effort to release the cable. It did take about 30-40 minutes in all, but she was determined to do absolutely everything she could to resolve the issue and kept us informed every single step of the way. Whilst the situation was frustrating and stressful, her efforts and determination to resolve the situation were both admirable and much appreciated. A true credit to her company (unlike their IT systems!)

HOLLY MIGLIACCIO & Preet customer services advisors were absolutely brilliant. BP Pulse however need to get better quicker with their chargers as this was the second 50kWH charger had to call. First one was repaired but would not accept BP Pulse card or contactless payment.
