“Lovely bowl which I bought as a birthday present. Hadn’t realised it would take over 2 weeks to arrive and had to chase for updates. Would recommend but would also mention it may take some time to arrive.”

“I ordered Aria small vase together with 5 stems of eucalyptus. Arrived quickly and I'm really pleased with my purchase. I was a bit concerned that the eucalyptus looked fake as it does in some shops but it is fantastic quality and looks like the real thing. Would highly recommend and have no hesitation in buying from Charlested in the future”

“Pleased with my order and would use again. Only problem I had was it wasn't packed very well and arrived nearly flat. Item was not damaged. Only had tissue round it in much too large box for the item.”

“I purchase a beautiful bobble vase. It arrived well packaged and with great care. I love the vase very much, it was bigger than I expected and it arrived in excellent condition. I need another vase for my other reception room so I will definitely purchase another style vase from Charles Ted later on in the year and when the time is right.”

“I absolutely love CharlesTed not only for the items I buy but the the easy to use website and app that I just love looking through like a book of an evening The items I have previously purchased are of a fab quality and look so great in my rooms I’m still learning how to organise and display the items iv purchased but the imagery and styling on the website is more than enough inspiration for me I’d absolutely recommend charlested a few of my friends have since purchased items after seeing my purchases I would like the thank all the team at Charlested for I think the best customer service iv ever had I mean 50 out of 50 guys even with all the issues I seem to have with delivery guys no fault on your side you have been amazing in dealing with my issues so as far as I’m concerned you can’t make further improvements as your already there and a special thanks to you Kate on the conversions we have had you have been so understanding and helpful I can’t thank you enough and wish you every success in your business and rest assured I will be continuing to shop with you and will definitely keep spreading the word long winded review but had to be done shop at charlested guys can’t beat it”

“Unfortunately I am only in receipt of half of my order, I have a lamp shade but the base has go one missing, the customer service desk were very nice but the situation hasn’t yet been resolved and I’ve had nothing proactive communication from CharlesT to inform me of next steps, I’m sorry this has to be a disappointing review. It as you can imagine I’m left wondering what’s going to happen next.”

“I've purchased quite a few items now, and while the products are wonderful, what I'm most impressed with is the customer service. When I emailed the team about a recent order which had since gone in the sale, I thought their response and level of customer service was some of the best I have ever recieved. The team are professional and friendly and went above and beyond what I expected in their response. I would absolutely recommend this company for their products, but above all, their customer service.”
