I’ve been trying to reach somebody to get a refund or credit to use towards another flight. I scheduled this in correctly and I had to book another flight.

Very happy with the fare we found online. However, there were issues with the link where the directions said to click CONTINUE and there simply wasn’t that link to click. My friend also looked… I switched credit cards thinking that the issue might have been related to my credit card company wanting to prevent spam. The next credit card I used worked and prevented that additional action to “continue” mentioned above. I got an immediate confirmation on my trip. I screen shot it just in case there were to be an issue. Unbeknownst to me for several days, I had received emails and text messages saying my credit card was declined. Since the messages had broken English, I wasn’t sure they were legit. After seeking advice on the authenticity, I called the company to give them my credit card again. I was told the airfare had gone up $250 and that it was my fault for not responding to the texts and emails. 😳 While I was on hold with the agent who said he was going to talk to his supervisor to see if there was a special coupon they could give me to save on the cost, my friend looked up the current airfare price. It was still the exact same price as I had purchased a few days earlier. Same flights. When the agent came back on the phone he said the supervisor had offered a coupon for $50 off of the (increased by $250) ticket price. He was very rude. I told him the online fare was still the exact same as when I purchased it. Because he was so rude and the conversation was going nowhere, I told him I was going to hang up now and go ahead and purchase it myself online. My friend was already entering in my data to make this purchase. Immediately, the company called me back and said they wanted to keep happy customers and they would like to honor the same amount I originally paid for the ticket. He apologized for the behavior and ignorance of the agent I had spoken with and apparently action has been taken against him because of his fraudulent attempts to overcharge me. Why would this have happened in the first place? Why would they have lied about the ticket price and told me it was my fault the price went up and that I should have responded to their emails/texts sooner?

It’s may not the cheapest but a friend recommended it. The last time I purchased airline tickets, there was no such thing as on line booking. So I just chose the airport and destination and dates I needed and the time I wanted. I chose an airline carrier and bought tickets. I didnt have time to fiddle with seeing if I could find something cheaper.

The cheap flights are not cheap, when you add all the add ons, like paying for a ticket, then paying for a seat, and $70 for a bag and $70 for one carry on. It's not cheap. Problem was resolved

I am not sure about the prices if I have a lot of information, but what impressed me is the luggage, which many companies do not offer at the ticket price.

I strongly advise against dealing with this company! My experience with both their website and agents has been nothing short of a disaster. Initially, I was assured that the seats available for selection on their website would be the same as those I would be offered upon booking. Unfortunately, this was far from the truth. After completing the booking process, I discovered that the seats I had purchased were not registered in the airline's system. I promptly contacted their customer service via email to rectify the situation, only to be informed later that the seats had been rejected by the airline due to their alleged unavailability. However, upon verifying with the airline's official website, I was astonished to find that the very seats in question were clearly marked as selectable. My dissatisfaction grew further when I attempted to cancel the booking. To my disbelief, I was told that any potential refund would be issued only as site credit, a policy that I find utterly baffling and inconvenient. To compound matters, my exchanges with their customer service team were characterized by rudeness and an overall lack of concern. The responsibility for addressing my issues was passed around without any attempt at resolution or even a semblance of empathy. What's even more absurd is that, as I write this review, their website continues to display the incorrect seat assignment that I had initially booked. It leaves me pondering the alarming prospect that, had I not intervened, I might have been relegated to the back rows during the flight without any prior notice. In essence, my complaint centers around two fundamental grievances: Firstly, the seat map on their website is misleading and fails to reflect the actual availability, rendering even the payment for the same-rate airline seats futile. Secondly, their customer service demonstrates an appalling lack of professionalism and a disheartening tendency to evade responsibility. I find it incredulous that this company remains unresponsive to such glaring issues. I am left utterly disillusioned by their services and sincerely hope that others will be spared from similar ordeals. ---- I wanted to provide an update on my previous review, as the company's agent reached out to me today in an attempt to address the issues I faced. Here's a summary of the update: 1. My originally selected seats are not available right now due to the Airlines lockdown of the front row area. 2. They have shown the gesture of compensating me with a $100 discount off the entire ticket purchase. I appreciate the fact that they are now providing genuine information about my seat selection by directly contacting the Airlines. This approach is more acceptable than their previous practice of misleading about seat availability. However, I'd like to note that their website, as of August 18, still displays the wrong seat (front rows) as selected. This is an area that they could further improve upon.
