“I booked a flight on British Airlines and confirmed it. Later I was told the first leg did not take a bag. I had written confirmation that it did indeed take baggage. I was then changed to a much inferior flight for twice the price.”

“Booked a flight and then requested to cancel within 24 hours. Cheapflightsfares refunded the cost of my four tickets less $150 which was provided as a travel credit towards a future flight. This seemed like a fair offer since I do expect to book additional flights in the next year.”
