It still bothers me that a 1 stop n 10hr layover can be cheaper than a direct flight.

Everything was going well but I was never given the option to choose my seat which I'd never experienced before. And I still don't have a seat. How can I have an actual ticket for these flights That I've paid for nd not have a seat???

I bought the tickets and then I realized that the date of leaving was different of what I searched and I called to change but they couldn’t helped me to change yo a day earlier.

The site was hard to work with not very user friendly for old people and there were some surprise fees and I had to change the flight as I didn't see the pm which cost me extra as well. I don't think I will use you guys again. When I called the number I could not hear the person on the other end of the line and she did not speak clearly. Really a hard time.

Seemed likie a cheap enough fare, and then the other shoe dropped. If you go for the discounted fare, suddenly you discover you can't carry a bag or two, even if you offer to pay for them. Unless you buy the higher fare that allows a bag, you are out of luck. Unbelievable, and sad too that up the upfront info is denied until you finally realize maybe you don't want to fly w/ a crooked team.

I reported this information to CheapFlightsFares through a review "The information provided when I bought my flight was incorrect. It said I could concel my reservation within a time period for a cost of something like $15. But when I tried to do that, the agent on the phone told me the cancellation fee was $100 because it's an international flight. Bait and switch. Another example: I upgraded the class of my flight so I'd get a free checked bag and the ability to select my seat. Now I found out I can only select my seat within 7 days of the flight. Another bait and switch." I didn't even mention that the agent I talked to was curt and dismissive. THEN I GOT A CALL FROM AN EXECUTIVE AT THE COMPANY. She was concerned enough about my experience to be sure I got a bag checked for my whole itineray. She explained about the seat selection process and what I would be charged to select a seat before I got to the airport, so I agreed to forgo that advantage. Throughout our conversation she was attentive, concerned, and proactive. That sure changed my opinion of this company.

So yesterday I booked a trip that was supposed to be $329 a person from Boston to Orlando on Alaskan Airlines after I finally figured out how to do this on your page 10 minutes later I get a phone call saying that alaskan airlines is not on this rate, it gets changed to a Delta flight. I specifically told the person on the phone I needed the same type of flight with a carry-on baggage and a personal item and I really wanted to get the seats assigned because I am a handicapped person and I also need wheelchair at the airport. Last night I checked my email and my flight has changed to the Delta flight, but not a full-size carry-on, or seat assignment, which is what he specifically said he would take care of because of the issues with the first flight and this is my first time using you. So now it’s costing me $150 more, with no seat assignment and a half size carry-on what the heck is that? I’m really not happy about this whole situation. I was willing to pay the price for the first flight. I thought it was a pretty good deal but then it turned out to not be a good deal at all and don’t know if I will do this next time. I got a rather good fare but the booking experience was offputting. I booked online and thought I was good to go, the email said my flight was confirmed. Then 10 minutes later I got a call from a caller who said that I was not confirmed and that I had to give him information so that he could rebook my flight. I expressed my misgivings and he talked over my questions. I asked for quiet, repeatedly, and he kept stopping and refused to listen to me. So I hung up and tried calling the contact number. I got through, talked to someone, he said he was going to get some more information and then he hung up on me. I called again, got someone who said that I was taken care of and the phone rang while we were talking. I hung up after talking to that person and the voice message said that I did not have a confirmed flight, despite what the previous person had said. Then I called again and the next person said I did in fact have a flight. That was strange.

The price of the flight was great. But then came the charges if you wanted an assigned seat; $ 220.00 per seat in THE BACK OF THE PLANE! I’ve never heard of anything so crazy and ridiculous. We’re flying on the same airline to Europe and the seat charge was $35.00.

I booked a flight for one price and then they called to tell me the price changed. And then I booked a car from rental from you guys and that price changed I don’t understand why everything changed and why it took so long to book everything was not the very happiest.

After I finished booking they called me few hours later to let me know the fare I booked is no longer available and I have to pay more. Which never happened to me with other travel apps.

The rate was great. Flight confirmation information needs to be easier to distinguished was you get the e-ticket. Then information on the next steps. 1. Go to airlines website. 2. Use your confirmation number to pick your seats. Etc ... Also, your only chat is awful. Used it twice. After you tell them what you need, neither acknowledged that they were looking into it. So each time I waited a few minutes, then asked if they were still there. Popping in on the chat to reassure that they are still connected is helpful
