I lost over 1000 dollars to this company. I booked a flight and then covid happed. I could not go. Shady company that avoid confrontation at all costs by dodging ur phone calls. I prefer to give a zero; however, That is not an option. Flight never happen as they told me my credit expired. I had to pay out of pocket

Paying for travel and other insurance only to realize that you cannot benefit if you ar not a USA citizen. Why did they not tell you this before selling you the insurance? Don't fall for this you can cancel in 24hrs. It is a scam, a big lie. Yoyu don't get it back and after chat bot and talks with supervisor you are wasing your time. Dont don't don't buy anything from Cheaoair, it is expensiveoshit!!

They deserve zero star. They make you pay a lot for trying to cancel even if it is immediately after purchasing the ticket while in the ticket it is mentioned that it has free cancellation for 24 hours. So so disappointed. Don't ever use cheapOair while you have other trustworthy websites to book tickets from.

I bought plane tickets on the site and they took the money out of our bank account and then canceled the purchase! We spent 5 hours on the phone and chat with their representatives and just kept getting transferred or disconnected. We DID get our money back the next day, but only after being told 7-14 days, then 3-5 days, and then threatening to sue then and finally got the money back within 24 hours. This was an urgent flight because my stepdad is extremely ill, but they couldn't have cared less! We will never use them again and I will tell everyone how awful our experience was! I have NEVER had so much trouble just buying plane tickets!

Terrible Be Careful Before you give them your credit card information. They will charge you for services you did not purchase and refuse to refund your money!

Bad experience in the world please check everything. I never will buy anything with then again. Terrible service, lies, an absurd wait for nothing. They are trained to make you give up and not to try to resolve incidents.

Awful experience these people are thieves! Do not book with these people do your research look for other airlines or agency such as Priceline they are so easy to work with. I booked with frontier Airlines and they state they will issue a refund but you get the run around still no refund and all you can do is chat with them they conveniently disconnect.

Booked a package deal for 2 adult males. Flight, Hotel, and car rental. We got seated apart on the planes. The room only had one bed and we had to sleep on the sofa. The car hire company ended up a non starter. We got picked up and taken to the middle of nowhere. Ended up dealing with a bunch of gangsters. To have any realistic insurance the price doubled. Chepcrap air advertised unlimited mileage. Yeah right! we was in Vegas Nevada, so on the borders of both Arizona and California. If we crossed into any of the two said states we incurred a $50 fine per crossing. I didn't take the car and lost my deposit. Also ignore the cheap in cheapo, it wasn't cheap! Iguaze falls hotel part of cheapoair package was not fit to stay at. Broken furniture, very green moldy pool, exposed wires and broken stone walkways and driveways. They respond in robocall and have not addressed our compliants in over a month. Please beware.

Offered a credit for cancellation. Nightmare customer service. Instead of $1600 credit they charged my card extra $450 and credit is unusable. Fraud to your face! Stay away.

I purchased a ticket for $566.77 on CheapOair, now with that been said my card was charged under CheapOair $550.67 $4.95 and $16.10 my card was also charged under Sprite airline for $550.67. I've reached out to CheapOair multiple times to no avail or solution. They gave me a date that the reversal should be reversed and nothing happened. They keep giving me the run around telling me to call my bank. I've spoken to my bank directly and my bank said it CheapOair needs to release the funds "reversal of funds". For all the people that are working on a budget please do not purchase from CheapOair they will double charge you and tell you they have the issue of priority in hopes to ease your frustration. Book directly through the airline. Don't trust these people. Subtract my star, I had no other choice but to click that one star. They don't deserve any star. I'm so pist and frustrated with CheapOair.

Avoid the company. Try to change a typo on a ticket 15 minutes are making the reservation? Be ready to pay $200 in fees as they try to run the pricetag up. Have a problem with a flight while overseas? Be prepared to get sent to the airline who will send you back to cheapoair to fix the problem. When something seems to go to be true? It usually is.

Cheapoair is a scam with all kind of fees. I initially made a reservation through this scam of a company… after the fact and within 30 minutes, I checked with the airline to find the same airfare was $200 less. So much for cheaper. I booked directly with the airline and then called Cheapoair to cancel. In order to cancel, they charged a $100 cancellation fee which the rep stated it was mandated by the airline. That was completely false. The airline gives its passengers a 24 hour window to change their mind without penalty. Not sure if I have any recourse, but I'm going to challenge with my credit card company

The worst company to buy your plane tickets. NEVER do it. When they screw up with the flight they always blame on air companies and never offer any help just pretend to do it. Absolute scammers! Stay away from CheapOair!!!

I bought tickets from Santiago de Chile to Easter Islands in May.Flight was supposed to be on 10.-13.1.2024.In June flight on 13.1.was cancelled and I was directed to customer support department.All the others from my group received alternate flight option on 14.1.,except me.Customer service confirmed I can get the same alternate option,I just have to wait until airline LATAM confirms.It has been 4 months now,and they still haven’t resolved it.Lately,there are no more free seats on flight 14.1.anymore.There is one flight remaining on 12.1.which doesn’t suit me,but better than nothing as I have to go back somehow,even without the rest of the group,but I don’t know what to do because I can’t even cancel my ticket(and buy a new one of course not from Cheapoair but directly from airline,which is now,of course,way more expensive) because customer support doesn’t do anything!I spent I don’t know how many hours on a chat with them,waiting in a line and every time they promised to solve the issue,that I will get alternate option for flight in 24-48 h on my e -mail,that they will call me but they never called,they just send e-mails that they called and couldn’t reach me but it’s a lie because I never had a missed call from them.Terrible!I don’t know what’s going to be with my trip,I’ll have to stay in Santiago alone while my friends go to Easter Islands?!?!?!?

The worst experience and customer service. Charged us twice for a flight, and when we tried to cancel the flights, they said they would but did not. So ended up with a big credit card bill we had to dispute via our bank. Would never use this company again, and they should probably not be in business
