delivery took 6 days, not 1-3 as stated. FAIL

They box 20 lbs of litter in a giant heavy box along with fragile boxes of broths in pouches, which means the broths boxes are destroyed and now I have to find a way to store almost a hundred pouches, which do not stack or stand up so the cupboards are a sliding mess of cat food pouches that fall out whenever I open the cupboard. A mail order company should know how to package mail to keep it from being damaged.

It was a awesome product but doesn’t change the fact that it charged my card 3 different times! Went out to get lunch on my lunch break and couldn’t even pay for my own food. It made my account over daft and left me with no money. Really really mad over it and will never go through Chewy again!!

April 18: Phone Order #1031156216. Customer Service: bright, sunny and helpful. "Order should be received, delivered by FedEx, within 4-5- days." April 21: Email tells me: order has been delivered. (No it hasn't.) April 21: email communique to Chewy... no response. April 22: Phone contact Chewy Customer Service: response is quick and professional... and personable. Product replacement will be sent "today" free of charge. Est 5 days. (A loss of $81.22 from Chewy's bottom line.) Customer rep, seems oblivious to my notation, that FedEx is notorious, here, for just dumping packages alongside our driveway on the county road. April 27: (made certain, complete drive had no snow and gate locked open... no cheap excuses.) PM. check for delivery... and there it is. Not on our porch, but once again, dumped at the gate-post along the county road... soaking wet. Summary: Chewy (other than a little disconnect by rep's) Chewy is A #One with me... but given the crippling situation with FedEx, and their arrogant give a sh**t delivery policy, I'd rather give my business to a PetSmart or some such. Rather than supply the county road-trash losers with free product at Chewy's expense.. Chewy: you've seen the last order from me. FedEx... as usual: bite me.

Chewy.com is the WORST on-line service I have ever had to deal with. I placed an urgent prescription order on Marcy 26. It is still being prepared for delivery. I contacted the company and after waiting 25 minutes was told it was on the dock waiting to be picked up by FedEx. What is going on? I am most annoyed as this is for an 8 year old cat and I am completely out of food for him. I will never this company again.

I will no longer purchase soft dog treats from Chewy because they always come completely flat. I inquired about it via the on-line chat to see if they can send them in a separate box without charging extra but they said they can only request that they be more careful with packaging. Pill pockets come like rolled out cookie dough because the canned dog food and/or the bagged food gets tossed on top. That's another thing, they send large bags of dog food along with multiple cases of canned food in the same box, making it impossible for me to get it all inside my house! I have to open the box on the front step and take the items out one by one. I'll be purchasing my pet supplies from Amazon Prime from now on as the items I buy are currently the same price and I don't have to order a certain amount all at once to get free shipping as a Prime member.
