“Do not use!!!! My preordered dresses never arrived and neither has my refund!! My emails are being ignored. I've taken a screenshot of my account proving the order has not been fulfilled and will be taking further action.”

“I bought 2 items from chi chi london, where one didn't fit, sa returned on 9/6/23 still didn't get my refund, I have sent 4 emails no reply, no answer phones. Very bad company, what they do is stealing money from customers. Please don't order from them, because you never see money back.”

“Returned a dress mid August received email from Chi Chi to say it had been received by them. Still no refund, I’ve emailed them 3 times. Apparently Next sell their merchandise thru their online shopping. STAY AWAY FROM CHI CHI you won’t get your money back!!! Disgusting and very disappointed ☹️”

“Still haven't received my refund for a dress I returned TWO months ago after paying for it to be returned through An Post. Tried emailing numerous times through their different emails with no response. I never leave bad reviews but I am appalled for the price of their dresses and no refund given. VERY poor customer service, would not recommend to anybody!!!!”

“I ordered a few days after they went into administration. No notification on their website amd I still receive newsletter style emails from them. Yet, they've taken my order and not delivered or contacted. They've taken my money though! Appalling, they cannot take money and not deliver the items. I've contacted my bank to get my money back”

“Terrible service, no response to emails or Customer Tickets and just learnt they went into administration taken over by Reem. I am owed money for items returned and looking at all other reviews can see it will be a long wait!!! Appalling service! No email sent about the takeover and who to contact if money is owed.”

“PLEASE DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM CHI CHI LONDON!!!! Absolutely disgraceful! NEVER GOT MY REFUND £130 Ordered few dresses for a wedding to try on, sadly nothing fitted me well so returned in few days that was in JUNE!”

“Returned 2 orders and they arrived at the warehouse on the 26th June, still waiting almost 3 months later. Sent numerous customer service tickets and a complaint, still nothing. Trying to look up to how to take this further. Like many others I can't afford to lose £100!!”
