“Kept drinks cold even in temperature of 40degrees centigrade but unfortunately has scratched quite badly after just a few uses!!”

“This bottle looks great. I'm sure it is perfect for cold drinks but as I bought it also to keep drinks hot ( and this is what was claimed) I was not impressed. However customer service was excellent and I was refunded. Top marks for customer service!”

“Not sure I am happy, was bought as a present so I haven't used it but the box was damaged as the postal packaging didn't protect it. Handle of bottle brush was also slightly damaged for same reason- not great when giving as a gift??”

“As you probably know i´m already in contact with Cillian. The reason is the detached bottom of one of the two ordered bottles. What i´m not so happy about, is the fact that the replacement is still missing. i only got a link where ican see that the bottle is waiting for packing. That was on 28.Dec at 14:33. This bottle was a christmas present for my daughter, and you can perhaps imagine a little girl seeing her brother with his present and her´s still missing. It would be easier if i could tell her a reliable date of shipping and recieving. Greetings Markus”

“Stylish but not as I expected wanted to be able to drink out of it in night when dark and is quite awkward and easily spills thought it may be a sucking top and water not as cold as wanted”

“Was not as good as I expected. Fill it with cold water for through the night but next morning has got warmer than I thought it would. Maybe I should put it in fridge to make the water as cold as possible .”

“My rating concerns the delivery - not acceptable! Besides taking too long to arrive, the tracking is not reliable and the service does not assure the delivery on time. Will not recomend to buy - too much unnecessary hassel and no help from customer service (they can't track it either!) Do you want to relly on "fingers crossed" delivery?...”

“The bottles are pretty, useful and they're wonderful at keeping your drinks cold or warm. My main issue was with the delivery. It was supposed to take 7 working days but it took well over two weeks (22 days) for them to arrive. They were supposed to be a Christmas gift but they did not arrive in time... I'm saddened by this and wish the company would have compensated me for their terrible delivery times, but the product is fine.”
