returned a bottle 3 weeks ago and contacted them 4 times asking for update on my refund. No reply, still no refund issued or any update if its been received. Worst customer service, do not recomend anyone purchasing from them

returned a bottle 5 weeks ago,still no refund.Have contacted Chillys and been told they haven’t received my parcel even though i’ve provided them with proof of postage and proof it’s been delivered to them.Tardy responses to emails and now completely ignoring my emails.Terrible customer service.Will never use again 🤬

Item arrived damaged. No reply on twitter, Instagram or facebook. Have trked their own contact form with no answer either. They did email me to ask for feedback on my complaint they hadnt replied too???? Literally no idea how to contact the company snd get a response.

Just like a previous comment I too was bought a rose gold Chilly's bottle as a Christmas gift. 3 weeks ago having used the bottle, hand washed it and left it on the kitchen worktop I went into the kitchen later to put the bottle away and the rise gold had peeled off the lid. Gas anyone had any luck contacting Chilly's about issues?

I bought 2 chilly bottles from a small shop locally - a Christmas present for my daughter-in-law and one for me. I let my daughter-in-law choose the colour she wanted on Boxing day and kept the other. The only time I used mine was on holiday in January to keep water cold, which was great. Because of the lockdown, it wasn't used again until 2 weeks ago. I used it for coffee for the first time understanding that it kept it hot for a long time. Unfortunately, although the flask was in perfect condition, my coffee went cool within 3 hours. I tested it 3 times and it was exactly the same. I took the flask back to the shop a week ago and he said he would contact Chilly, who were very good. When I went yesterday, he said to pick another one, but I wanted to make sure he was reimbursed by Chilly. He said they couldn't help as the flask was over 6 months old! I think this is appalling, particularly as because of the lockdown it was never tested for hot drinks. He gave me another one, which appears to be fine. As I bought it from a small shop, I felt bad taking the new one and because of this, I will not be buying anything from Chilly again, due to their very poor customer service!!

My chilly bottle leaks a liquid from inside and has ruined my bag and everything was in there. So disappointed.

I received my lovely rose coloured chilly bottle at Christmas as a gift. I have not dropped the bottle and its only been washed with warm water by hand. No idea what has happened but this morning when I went to out the lid on I noticed the peeling. Its only on the lid and now the actual bottle. Its not been dropped or scratched and Chilly will not replace as they say is scratched. The rose gold plating is bubbling. DO NOT BUY!

They’ve turned off all communication sources but are taking the money for purchases without sending any sort of purchase confirmation. Not the way to run a business, absolute shambles. No idea what’s happened to my order so had to claim through my credit card.

The engraving quality by a "master engraver in England" is of very low quality and refunds are not accepted.

Ordered my Sea Life Turtle Chilly bottle in August 2019. Arrived within a week. Is maybe pricier than similar ones but I wanted the Sea Life version and great product, great packaging. Still gets used every day especially for cold drinks and does what it claims. I had a query regarding the carabiners and got a prompt reply so I didn't have a problem with customer service. Would be a shame if they don't take on board and get the problems sorted out that others seem to be having.

I wish I could give 0 stars! Paid for 50 branded bottles, company went completely silent, been over 2 weeks and no one has responded to any emails or informed me of when we will receive our order. What a joke! I have requested a refund lets see how long it takes to arrive.

Got damaged without very much happening as way in the pocket on the side of my bag. Raised a ticket told them what happened and they made this story up of what happened when I never said any of the information

DO NOT RETURN.. I got a bottle that was too big so returned with the slip THAT THEY GIVE YOU to attached on to parcel. Apparently my bottle has not arrived back with them although the tracking number shows it has been delivered. I'm sure the bottles are great but the service is terrible .. And what is with not being able to directly speak to someone!

They are rubbish for returns, the bottle I received was damaged - didn’t want to pay for the return but I did which I was annoyed about I did it to sign for - it was on the 17th of jan - assumed a big company would send an acknowledgement that they’ve received the return and tell me roughly when the payment will end up back in my account.. if it isn’t sorted I’m going to get the bank to take care of it and will let everyone know not to buy from this company !!! They don’t even have customer service number

Chilly's Bottle imploded in my car. I cant find any contact numbers to talk to them anywhere. They must be hiding in an office afraid to speak to there customers. the bottle was very expensive employ some staff with some of that money, up yours for ever !

1 star: Bad 4 minutes ago Cheap Seals leak and deteriorate very quickly I’ve used Chilly bottles for years and have been very happy previously. My daughter received a lovely Chilly bottle from her grandparents for her birthday in late September. I think the company must have changed suppliers for the seals as my daughter almost swallowed a piece of the seal from her new bottle. I contacted customer services who will not supply another seal without order numbers etc which I feel is completely unreasonable as I have sent images of the bottle which prove it is genuine and we are only asking for a replacement seal - not a whole new bottle. Very poor customer service!

Customer services terrible. Can’t refund money, can’t find out about delayed deliveries for 48hours, can’t talk to you. Sorry product may be good but customer services needs sorting.

Very Very poor customer service. I ordered multiple items but none arrived in time. When I chased it up they said one item was out of stock so that’s why no items had been sent. Very disappointing. Why on earth they hadn’t contacted me? Or at least sent some of the order. Now none will arrive in time for Christmas. It might be a good product but dire customer service.
