“Everything with this company is SLOW. 3-4 days for any response, over 3 weeks for shipping of meds, then got the incorrect med once it finally was shipped. Plus they rope you into a membership fee. The whole thing is way too expensive for the level of service received. Not a fan.”
“I haven't made it yet to speaking with a clinician. I purchased labs/clinician consult. I received my functional health report/lab results with no information whatsoever about booking the consult appointment. Therefore, I had to call and ask how to schedule an appointment for my consult. I was sent the link via email to book my consult. One month is the soonest appointment to even get a consult! No mention that you would have to wait a month to get an appointment. I have read many reviews that their pharmacy delivery is also very slow. So, likely it will be 6 weeks-2 months until I can get treated. Not impressed. I may go with another company and just use my labs from Joi.”
“I really felt good about my bloodwork review and the plan in the beginning of our work together. I was recommended a glp1 and testosterone supplement with a daily dose of their balance and personalized supplements.
The shipping is painfully Slow. I thought I would run out of tirzepatide and need it for last Saturday. I emailed a week in advance (10/19) . No one got back to me. I emailed a different person(10/22) From that point on, I paid and then they sent the request to the pharmacy (strive) which still hasn’t finished processing the order so it hasn’t shipped. I had enough for last week but not this week. It has been helping my cravings immensely. Previously I was taking metformin but the side effects were disabling for me. My doctor is workong To get me a new medicine. Meanwhile I paid 800 for a tiny bottle of medicine that hasn’t even shipped yet.
Their balance supplement took equally as long to ship. If I had waited for the authorship it wouldn’t have arrived in time.
Great concept company but not executed well at all. Hope they can improve or at least be straight up. They led me to believe they would do their best to get the medicine to me by 10/26. Here we are at 11/3 and it hasn’t shipped yet. Ugh.”
“The testing they offer is great and inclusive but that’s where it ends. They get you in a call that turns into a sales pitch to purchase overpriced vitamins and hormone therapy. You can get all their suggested vitamins on Amazon for a quarter of the price. They are terrible with communication.”
“The service before purchasing a quarterly packet was excellent. I started with the hormone test. After I paid, it took a long time to get the medicine shipped. I had to contact them to remind them. Then I couldn't take the prescription because it made me nauseous. Also, for the second lab test, they did not give me the option to go back to the same lab, which was the closest to me (45 min away). Their response was to cancel. So I paid and did not get the test, visit, or a solution to my problem. I recommend going the doctor's route.”
