“I have received my CW Jump Hour watch, an excellent piece of watchmaking. However, I paid 28GBPounds to have the watch engraved with my name and, for the life of me, I cannot see where the engraving is. The name Christopher Ward appears, three times on the watch (Face, Rotor and Watch band clasp), but not my name, the name I PAID FOR. On the back it reads "C14OAJH1-0129, Swiss Made, 2-Steel 3ATM". Am I missing something here, or is this just poor quality control? Please advise. Have I paid 28 pounds for nothing? Timoshenko Aslanides, 0003647716”

“They didn't. There was a delay before I received one of the straps and there was no communication to tell me it was on its way until I called. Am still awaiting the 2nd strap and, again, was not informed of a potential delay or, indeed, when it can be expected; again, until I called.”

“Everything went wrong. I ordered a watch on 10th July - it's now 28th July and I've still not got it. Worse still, is that there has been very little communication from Customer Services. I did get a watch, but it's not mine. Honestly, I've never known a worse experience.”

“My recent contact with Christopher Ward was to get my original C5 Malvern automatic 18ct gold wristwatch repaired. I managed to break the crown wheel for the second time in a year after a little too much winding and not enough wearing. I simply contacted the company through the website, got a prompt reply, the return pack sent out with the appropriate paperwork and returned it at the Post Office yesterday, at no cost to me.”

“My original order went missing in shipping. Since it was a discontinued item I was offered a full refund instead of a replacement. The watch was later returned to Christopher Ward and I was offered to repurchase the watch. It was sent to me with next-day shipping without extra charge. I am very satisfied with the watch and the great costumer service.”
