“This is now my forth Christopher Ward watch and I love each of them. My first purchase I was very nervous buying a watch online having not seen it or tried it on. Having got over that issue I trust the company completely with regards service and quality. I would have no issue at all buying another, which will happen again soon I'm sure!”

“Recently purchased my first Cristopher Ward watch. Contacted customer service on a couple of occasions before placing the order - always helpful, courteous and prompt and helped me make my final choice. Placing the order was simple and it was easy to track the delivery. Packaging is good and the quality of watch is excellent. As a lucky owner of a couple of other "named" brand watches I am delighted with Christopher Ward watch. I expect many years of happy usage. The 60/60 warranty really gave peace of mind, and the easy availability of spares (straps etc.) means that I will wear it regularly. Overall, many thanks and I can recommend CW as a quality watch supplier.”

“Very good watch. Extremly good value for money. The quality is a lot better than Steinhart for exemple. Good communication with the customer service. Juste a mark (not a scratch) on the ceramic bezel just under 3 o clock.”

“I feel confident I will be happy with the product. However, the speed of shipping is a bit surprising as I haven't received the product yet and I ordered on July 3, 2017. I realize shipping to US would take longer, but I did not expect this amount of time. Based on the communication, it appears the item was not actually mailed until July 10th.”

“The value-to-price ratio of their watches is second to none. There are other brands that make equally nice watches but those prices are far higher. That coupled with Christopher Ward's very nice styling makes their watches the only ones I will ever buy.”

“Fantastic products and service, superb customer care and support. My Tridents are my daily wear watches as an avid watch collector I prefer my Christopher Ward timepieces to my Omegas, Tag because they just ooze class and reliability the lume is far superior to my Seamaster and Aquaracer. Only one word can be used to describe Chris and the company EXCELLENT.”

“The strap i ordered was good value at the £30 payed, given how nice the bader deployant is. It was unfortunate that the leather arrived scuffed. Delivery was also at a snails pace.”
