1) Great watch. It's beautiful and feels like a high end time piece - the design and materials are top notch. I'm particular about fit and finish. This watch exceeded my expectations in that regard. 2) Stellar communication. I asked a question and received a very prompt response. I will buy other watches from them.

Just over year ago Ipurchased a mark 2 automatic watch whis simply brilliant .at the time I needed to have an extra small strap,this was not available.and I had to punch extra holes in the strap. In the recent sale I noticed extra small straps and at special priceafter longish delay and a. Telephone call from me arrive the strap despite giving the model with my order the strap arrived and when fitted I find its not wide enough but has been fitted ,not the perfect result The quality is superb just the width. Would I buy a watch from Christopher Ward again I must say yes! Dennis Furnell

You asked for a review so... it took FOUR months for the company to do a repair under warranty! Not only did it take this totally unacceptable amount of time but at no point was any information forthcoming. I had to chase. How you have had the gall to ask for a review is beyond me...

It's glad to get my watch, but there are some mistakes. The information in my account is entire, however, in my package, lacking phone number and even my address only show part. If I didn't call the post office to ask my package, I won't never find it and return to UK. Everything is good, except these parts, thanks.

My movement warranty was still valid when I sent my watch in for repairs. By the time CW got to repairing the warranty was expired. I was charged for the repair (Scott Callaway keeps claiming it was maintenance). He never explained to me why the warranty did not apply. He kept on repeating that it was outside the warranty (whatever that means). He was also very slow in responding to my emails - days would go by between correspondence. I am very disappointed in your service. I have recommended CW watches to many of my friends and family over the last 7 years. at least three of those that I spoke to ended up buying a watch. That is at an end. I own 2 CW watches but I don't plan on sending of them back to the UK if I need them repaired or maintained. When you have a warranty - honor it. If you can't explain yourself. I have nothing to review except the time I have spent waiting and emailing customer service. I don't know why you are sending me a request to review product. I understand you are busy with the sale but product was ordered 12 days ago, was despatched 6 days ago, and as of right now is currently un-trackable (It doesn't even show up as received into the royal mail network). The expected date of delivery on the despatch notice says Jul 18 - Jul 24. It is now Jul 19 and I am strongly doubtful I will receive this by months end. I'm not sure if blame lies with C ward or Royal Mail but I am rating the whole experience and it took far too long to get the order fulfilled in the first place.

I have been a customer of Christopher Ward since January 2014. After my first purchase from their site in Maidenhead U.K. receiving first class service I realized that Christopher Ward watch company was a watch company I wanted to be a part of. The company believes in high customer service and along with high quality watches. I currently own 3 watches and have recently purchase 2 more which are in transit to my home in New York City. I am excited to receive the new watches and sure that Christopher Ward will continue to deliver the high quality products backed by their expert customer service. Keep up the good work!

CW is my 1st Automatic watches. It makes me feel exciting to use it. But the only bad thing is my wrist size is about 15cm, so I can't use stainless steel bracelet. PS. Thanks for your nice watches, see you next purchase in the future. :)

Very happy with my watch (C8 aviator black). Took a little longer than hoped to dispatch but once arrived very happy. I was slightly concerned that the strap would be quite stiff, they look that way on the site but in fact the leather is very soft and comfortable. Only thing I would criticize is not knowing which movement I have, it would be nice to know without having to remove the caseback.

In some ways, I want to keep stum about CW in case everyone finds out. Everyone always comments on my three CW watches as they're unique, my last watch a C70 limited edition is perfect and possibly my favourite.....keep up the good work so I can add to my collection

First of all I wanted to clarify that I am a huge fan of the design & quality of the CW brand. I have received many compliments when wearing the watch out (I own an legacy logo Trident and a C9-5 Day Automatic). However, this time I ordered few watch straps, the estimation in my order confirmation claims I should expect it on July 14th (order placed on July 3rd), but I still have not received the item even today (EOD July 18th). I checked the order status in my CW account and it shows "complete," but the shipping tracker shows it is still in progress, which the difference confuses me. I planned on giving it a couple more days, but since I received an customer satisfaction email asking about my experience. Here it is. My advice for the future is to make sure the item is delivered prior sending the review email and please make sure the company's system is in sync with the delivery service, because as of right now my order is sitting in New York JFK, which is not "complete".
