This is my fourth Christopher Ward watch, and I keep returning to the brand due to the great quality, design & value for money. This particular watch wears really well, being light on the wrist and fitted with a wonderfully soft Piccari leather strap. Personally, I think the replacement of the standard logo with the twin flag design is a very nice touch on the updated C7 Rapide range.

The whole business was really good. From the order to the delivery. The delivery time was excellent. Really fast. Thanks from Germany. btw. the watch is outstanding (C60 Trident Quartz). Keep it up....

I discovered Christopher ward's watches a few years ago,on a flight to Italy onboard magazine advertising the trident model.I liked the look of it but wasn't really sure of the Brand name,in my collection was the usual bigger names/brands & paid their premium prices.It was a year or two before deciding to purchase one of C/W watches then I was hit by how well these watches are made with care & attention to manufacture & quality,that was it I now have in my collection 8 C/W watches which now equates to 1 mid range brietling or rolex,now its a really easy choice will soon be adding a few more C/W to my collection without a doubt,many thanks to c/w & all the team fantastic.

I rarely pre-order anything but, on this occasion, I decided to order a C7 Rapid Limited Edition. The website stated "deliver mid-September" so it was some thing of a surprise to receive the watch on the 8th. The watch was as expected but it was necessary to reset the Chrono Hour and Chrono 1/10 second hands to the correct zero position...lack of pre-delivery inspection?? On reading the Owners Manual, I was surprised that no mention was made of the "LAP" timing facility of this movement....strange omission on a Motor-Racing based chronograph.

Very happy with my watch and purchasing experience from Christopher Ward. Ordering process was very effective and delivery updates accurate. Delighted with my watch when it arrived. Packaging and presentation box is impressive. The watch itself exceeds my expectations. I searched a long time to find a watch with a simple, clean design with a quality build to match. I'm very happy with the C7 Rapide.

I recently purchased a C5 Malvern Slimline hand wind watch. The finish of the watch is excellent with touches like the Bader clasp,the decorated movement, and the shell cordovan leather strap adding to the overall feeling of attention to detail. Most impressively the watch has gained one second in the three days since I first wound it. This in a non-COSC watch. I have learned to regulate my own watches and have found that most watches can be brought within good timekeeping limits with some effort. I may be just lucky with this particular movement but I suspect this good regulation is yet another example of Christopher Ward's high quality control. I'm a very pleased customer.

I sent my watch for a minor repair in mid January (acknowledged a couple of weeks later on 28 Jan by email), I finally received it back on 8 September. During this period of almost 8 months I was almost never contacted proactively and only received information when I requested it. This information was also frequently incorrect, the following is a summary of only some of the emails that I exchanged in this time. I was advised on 29 March that the watch was "going through final inspection so will be sent out this week". I then heard nothing so had to follow up a couple of weeks later to be told there was actually a delay. After chasing again on 5 May, I was told the part they were waiting for would arrive "imminently", before again hearing nothing until 23 May when I was advised of further delays. A month later on 21 June I chased again having heard nothing and was eventually assured that the watch would be sent the week commencing 24th July. Needless to say this date was also missed and the watch was finally sent on 18th August. The compensation I was given for this was a 25% discount on the cost of the delayed part only. When the watch was finally delivered on 8 September I had to pay $20 of import taxes to take delivery as presumably the paperwork was not correctly included to show that UK tax had been paid on the original purchase a number of years previously. All in all a really poor experience, and in my opinion the small discount offered comes nowhere near close to compensating me for both the amount of time I had to spend trying to find out what was going on and for going without my watch for close to 8 months.

The watch is a present for my husband's birthday and pre-ordered. Has arrived in time and looks wonderful in it's presentation case. I am delighted with that the choice I made on line matches up and better in real life. He will be delighted with his first of the Rapide Collection and it matches his car's colours too.

I bought the c8 flyer in black. Awesome watch and easy transaction. Only issue is a mark in the black finish that unfortunately is easily visible due to the birght steel underneath. Despite the finish issue I would still recommend CW overall.
