Their lead customer service representative and QC manager are very responsive, even though there is a big time difference from London vs the USA.

I contacted Wera, and asked if it was at all possible to be sent an extra small strap. “The watch is deeper than others I have in my collection, which I assume is due to the new movement for the Calibre 21 watches, but it does not feel heavy on the wrist. It looks elegant and combines well with both formal and informal outfits.
The charcoal face is striking and makes a nice contrast with the nickel indexes and hands. I particularly like the Bader clasp on the strap which makes the watch very easy to put on and take off the wrist.
All-in-all a great investment and a watch that I will enjoy wearing for years to come.”
