Do not order from the CHRONEXT I ordered a watch from CHRONEXT on August 1st, 2024, paid for it in full, and after TWO months of waiting, they CANCELLED my order. To make things worse, my money is now tied up in insolvency proceedings under German law § 38 InsO, and I have no idea if or when I’ll get it back. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I sent them my own watch for an exchange, and for TWO MONTHS, I haven’t received any updates about it. Now I’m stuck without the watch I sent them AND without my money. I’m left with no choice but to go through the courts to try and get my money back. This company has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with, and I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from CHRONEXT. Avoid at all costs! Ordering from this site will cost you a lot of time, energy, and nerves. Answer from CHRONEXT: Over the past few weeks, the team has been working at full speed to process the order in hand and answer all of our customers' outstanding questions. We have been able to ship and process over 950 open orders since the deadline & are grateful for the patience you have shown us. Unfortunately, however, we have to inform you today that your request is one of the small number of cases that must be listed as an insolvency claim under § 38 InsO and therefore cannot be settled at the present time. Once the proceedings have been opened in November, it will be possible to register your claim in the insolvency table. We will provide you with more information on the necessary steps in due course. We regret that we are unable to provide you with more positive news at this time and will continue to endeavor to resolve your matter satisfactorily for you.

Online crypto investment is not a hundred percent guarantee. I was so foolish to trust some brokers on Instagram they deceived me to invest with them to earn good profits but it was all lies. I am presently working with '' wikihelpdesks @ gmail . com to help me recover my funds. Please stay away from this online stuff.

I sent my watch for direct sale on June 6th and I still haven't received the payment. They don't answer the phone or emails. I received confirmation that the watch is fine and that they will pay me soon. Soon, but I am still waiting. Avoid them; there is no professionalism or honesty—this is the worst experience. It's been 3 months, no payment, and no updates. Avoid them

Terrible experience, Bought a Rolex Daytona on a trade. they offer 40% less than what they provided on the page. Inexistent, and awful customer service, all is by the system, so don't expect any follow-up on your case, currently waiting to be paid 10k after more than 2 months of many many excuses like, we are very busy, we are working on your case, sorry, we will give you an update....they don't care, never again, and a transaction of 30k looks like you bought a paperweight online, don't waste your money and save a ton of problems.

I place an order and they told me that will take more than two months to send me the watch. And no customer service at all. I’m tired sending several emails and no solution . To charge the order payment two seconds, to send me the order more than two months? What’s this? I want a solution asap .

It could hardly be more dubious! I offered the company a technically flawless Patek Philippe that had been checked by a watchmaker in response to its advertising. Chronext made a reasonable (but of course non-binding) purchase offer. The watch was then sent to the company. Chronext then reported back that the watch (which was in perfect condition, had been checked and was running very well) would have to be overhauled by the manufacturer at my expense. No binding purchase price was given. Apparently, even Chronext's own watchmakers, who are advertised as professional, are not able to overhaul a simple two-hand movement themselves. They did not reply to my e-mails asking them to return the watch immediately until I called them. This was probably a case of Chronext trying to pull the wool over the eyes of a supposedly stupid person. Conclusion: "Dubious" is still the mildest attribute that can be given to the company.

This company is an utter, utter joke. Having previously refused to sell a watch through them because they are unable to supply an insurance certificate and a confirmation the watch remains my property whilst they hold it for sale, this being five years ago, I attempted to buy 2 watches through them this week. I only went back because of a personal recommendation from a friend who had been dealing with a competent sales rape, Caroline, who had now left the company. He recommended Valentino whom I dealt with. After some haggling we settled on two watches and I informed him on Friday they'd be ordered on Tuesday - the purchase was by a third party whom I was arranging this for. Tuesday comes, both watches are gone off the site. Both were slow moving, unpopular JLC pieces which were unlikely to sell to retail clients and had clearly been in stock for over a year. Valentino didn't reserve these watches and utterly failed at managing the sale and me as a customer. Total waste of time and personally embarrassing for me. I should have learned from my first experience years ago that these people are beyond any level of unprofessional and to be avoided. I have never had the misfortune to deal with such an amateurish, shambolic outfit in any space, let alone in luxury goods. AVOID.

I have had a truly ghastly experience dealing with Chronext. This was unfortunately my first luxury watch purchasing experience, I wish that I had gone elsewhere. I had ordered a watch from them and paid immediately. The estimated arrival date came and went. I reached out to chronext for an update and was told to be patient and that they would ship soon. Once the watch arrived I wasn't totally satisfied and requested to withdraw from the contract as per their terms and conditions. I was told I would recieve my money by a certain date, unfortunately the date passed without recieving my money, when I chased up about this I was told the accounts team hadn't even processed it yet. Currently I cannot even get an email response about my refund and have no idea when or if I will recieve my money back. Avoid dealing with chronext they will over promise and underdeliver.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a watch online that was supposedly in stock a month ago and still no update. I’ve called twice and sent multiple emails but they just ignore my emails and when I call they tell me they will pass on the message to the person who is handling my sale and I never hear from them again. I’m about to go to my bank and get my money back through them for this non existent watch.
