“I received the code, but I had to wait (about 1 hour) because they think its fraud. Cheap, but there are drawbacks.”

“Good price for a lifetime license. Unfortunately it stopped working and then CJS CD Keys stated they don't cover over 12 months, for a lifetime product. When I queried this as to where it is explained in their T&Cs, nobody responded.”

“Price is great but a bit long winded getting the code ! Payed via PayPal but site didn't receive payment so had to enter transaction details then had to wait so cjs could verify code then they had to verify my phone number ect . This was my first digital game download so experience wasn't great , took around 20 minutes to sort out !”

“I initially had some issues with a key I have purchased from CJS CD KEYS and have sent several emails to customer service to request help. The response was fairly delayed and not very helpful, which was very frustrating, however I have complaint about the poor service and immediately I have received a refund and could also purchase a new key, which I did and have been very pleased afterwards. So, thank you for your service!”

“Despite having purchased an incorrect item and responding almost straight away, you cannot offer a refund.. This is unacceptable, with any other product, if there is a problem and the item is unused, a refund or replacement is the normal response. I am having serious thoughts about using your company again and would even consider paying the extortionally high prices directly through steam”

“To be honest, it was a confusing. I paid the fee, and the sent me a link. I clicked the link but still did not know where the key was. Maybe that was just me, but I couldn't find it. So I went to the customer service to ask for help and find out where the key was. It listed the key in the subject matter to notate the purchase involved. I noticed it wrote it down and tried it. It worked and worked well. But I still don't know the entire process on how the keys are supposed to be delivered. I sort of found mine by accident. No harm no foul. Next time, I will still use CJS CD Keys, but I will try to pay a little more attention to the process or maybe they could make the process a little simpler.”

“Das Spiel läuft gut, der Preis für den ich das Spiel bekomme habe ist auf jeden Fall lohnenswert, original Preis zu dem Spiel wäre 60, hier bekomme ich es für 27. Dafür musst man sagen ich habe nicht direkt das Spiel bekommen, sondern ein Konto (EpicGames) und wenn ich mich auf Epic anmelde, kann ich das Spiel in der BIbliothek instalieren. Es ist zwar irgendwie das selbe, nach Motto: hauptsache ich habe das Spiel, aber es zukaufen war für mich etwas aufwendiger als sonst. Könnte vielleicht auch daran liegen, dass die Seiten zu den ich geführt wurde, grob gemacht sind. Ich konnte mich schlecht orientieren. Ich hatte auch stendig das Gefühl gehabt, dass die Seite versucht mich zuscamen, weil manches echt wie eine schlechte Scamwerbung aussah. Nach dem ich das Spiel erhalten habe sollte man am besten das Passwort zu dem Konto ändern, die man erhalten hat, was halt noch mehr Aufwand kostet. Ich sag nicht, dass die Seite es schlecht macht sondern nur, dass so viel Aufwand ungewohnt ist, schließlich verkaufen sie Spiele für echt gute Preise. Nochmal mein Fazit das Spiel habe ich erhalten und konnte es auch ohne Probleme starten, also würde ich sagen es ist vertrauenswürdig, nur das Design von Autokey und auch die Seiten wo man sich verifiziert könnte wirklich besser aussehen. Ich persönlich würde dort nicht so oft was kaufen wollen, weil wenn ich jedes mal, wenn ich ein Spiel kaufe, einen neuen Konto erhalte, müsste ich jedesmal für ein anderes Spiel den Account wechsel. Irgendwann nervt das dann ziehmlich. Aber sonst ist ne gute Seite :)”

“Was quite annoying when it kept saying that the payment was being verified or something like that but I sorted it fairly easily was just annoying that it took some time. Price was great as the game was half of the price from steam store.”

“The price was the cheapest available for GTA5. After paying via PayPal I had to verify my phone number via SMS. Then the site couldn’t verify that the payment was successful, so I had to enter the PayPal transaction ID. Then for about 30 minutes I kept getting the status “pending fulfilment” when trying to collect the key. Eventually I actually got the key, entered it on Xbox and the game is now downloading. So it does work, but after a lot of unnecessary hassle. MMOGA was much more straightforward, will use them again next time!”

“I’m trying to write a balanced review but it’s difficult. The product purchased should have given me access to MS office on a Mac. Despite three attempts the license kept getting revoked or restrictions put on it by the administrators of the license. Things like the admin have restricted the use of the account on a Mac or your login credentials are incorrect meaning that someone has changed them after I successfully first logged in. CHS did try to resolve the problem but I felt that when you raise a ticket with them they try to fob you off initially but then if you push them a bit harder you get some action. After three frustrating attempts to finally get an MS office 365 account that works for more than a few days or weeks I gave up and decided to use WPS office which I can get for free and does what I want. I would have bought MS office in full but it’s too expensive for the odd occasion I need it.”

“I purchased two items. Windows ten worked fine but Office 2019 was less successful. I was never able to get any of the applications to work on a new computer bought for my daughter's online lessons. After several emails and no progress I had to sign up for Office 365.”
