“Die Rückerstattung von einem Code wurde grundlos abgelehnt. Der Code war nicht abgeholt und wurde lediglich versucht zurück zu geben weil mir die Prüfung wegen angeblicher Betrugsversuche zu lange gedauert hat. Da habe ich mir in der Zwischenzeit bei einem anderen Händler den Code gekauft.”

“Website advises that a key is in stock, it even tells you this a second time in their Autokey feature. Then when you look to collect the key it glitches & refreshes your page without doing anything. I was advised this was due to the key being out of stock. Why would this even happen? The refund button is also a nonexistent feature, completely dead button... The website design is so clunky & does nothing to assist the purchaser. Why would I use this site when every other option has seemed to solve this basic problem. At least customer support was quick & able to provide an answer, even if it wasn't remotely helpful.”

“Compré una cuenta de PS Plus de 12 meses y me mandan una cuenta que no funciona. Hice el pedido el día 9 de diciembre y después de varios correos enviados no me contestan. Han pasado 5 días y no tengo noticias. Me han estafado. Mucho cuidado son unos estafadores, no compréis nada en esta página.”

“I will never purchase of this site again, I purchased what CJS CD Keys were advertising as Assetto Corsa Competizione Ultimate Edition, but on receipt what I received compared to the content in the actual Ultimate edition is very disappointing. I have reported this to CJS CD Keys and they have made effort whatsoever to rectify this issue. Very bad service.”

“Item ordered (digital key) did not work. Contacted support through their website and received two responses very quickly, but both were confusing- one said they were out of stock (it was a digital key I had already received), and one asking for a screenshot of the issue. I sent the screenshot of the issue, as well as chasing up twice but received no response, have filed a case with PayPal for a refund. It seems from other reviews that if things go well they go well, but if not the support is very poor. I won't be taking that chance again.”

“Sadly i bought star wars outlaws and have been waiting for hours to access the code on there system i have also done a request for support and haven't heard anything back. Their system said it should be a maximum of 2 hours but i have been well over 12 hours with no response at the moment they have taken my funds but not provided anything for the money very disappointing.”

“I've been waiting for my game key for 3 days now, first I had to wait over 17 hours for my purchase to be released because of anti-fraud, now I've been waiting for 30 hours for keys to be in stock again, even though it's been between 2-12 hours Should it take time to get these back from stock! This site is not recommended! but my money was withdrawn immediately.”
