“had to wait one day for my key, after the wait, i received a key which was already sold to another user”

“1x Project Zomboid CD Key For Steam 1x Project Zomboid CD Key For Steam (Order 3217809) Will not send me a code to authenticate my phone number, also can not cancel my order due to this reason- "Your order is currently processing. Please wait for this to be completed before requesting cancellation" so am just stuck waiting sent customer service a message about 16 hours ago to try and get a cancellation as am not interested in buying the game from CJS, asking me after the fact to authenticate my phone number and never sending the code to my phone this has annoyed me just wasting my time I Will never use CJS again due to how slow and incompetent the system is. edit this is their response cowboy company do what they like. “Before i boght the item it said on the website that they have 10 in stock but after i boght it i Did not get my key for days and when i wanted a refound i just did not get any answer I will advice not to buy from this website”

“very clunky purchasing process and key acceptance process. You don't get the key for game to put into steam. instead they redirect you and gift the game from within steam. Not recommended. use other services like cd keys is my recommendation.”

“Brought a key from them it did not work asked for a refund did not get it they don't reply to emails sent contact to the big boss he didn't even answer it i would not touch CJS with a barge pole and could never trust them, brought a key from another site worked a dream first time. I could not and would not recommend cjs to anyone and only one star why i don't know.”

“Purchased for son's birthday. Code sent was only 20 characters long not 25, so obviously didn't work. Took over 36 hours to actually receive my code, and my son didnt get his present on his birthday :-( no apology or part refund offered. Poor service start to finish. Do not buy codes from here, use more reputable companies”

“I bought this product yesterday: 1x Xbox LIVE 12 month Gold Code VPN activated code (works worldwide according to our instructions). Unable to activate.... this message appears: "Please wait while we do some finall security checks on your order. Please wait, one of our staff will approve your order shortly. (maximum 2 hours)." I wrote to the support but I only get automatic replies, today I wrote 8 messages and sent screenshots but they didn't help. So I paid for the product but I can't activate it.....waste of money. Unprofessional attitude.....”

“ordered a key 4 weeks ago (today is the 30 sept 2023) and the Website says the key is in stock, but it isn't. live requested a refund to the original payment method, which was bank transfer and they refunded me to store credit. Now they dort want to transfer the money back to bank account. DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. they are crooks.”

“Customer service is horrendous, they only answer your queries days later with bot responses. They don't do refunds - I asked for a refund 4 times consecutively and they just kept replying with "you will have your key soon". Prices are cheap to lure you in but they didn't even have the key at the point of purchase. Honestly, buy for slightly more from elsewhere”

“Apparently I purchased my key as a gift to the EU which I did not, or at least I didn't mean to. I tried to get a refund so that I could buy the right item but I got the run around. This person said I need to talk to that person. That person said I need to talk to this other person. You know what...they can keep the $11 and I'll just buy it from steam but I'll make sure everyone I know doesn't waste their money here”

“I bought some psn network gift cards and they canceled the order. I had paid with a balance that I had in my account and another part with a card. They refunded me only the amount of the card And the support only responds that the total has already been paid when it is not.”

“Be careful, I tried purchasing win 10 pro didn’t realise it changed in the basket to Home, wasting £10. Will try somewhere else now tried adding to basket again and again changes to Home. Don’t waste your money”
