“AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
Somehow, this company managed to lie to our local council in order for us to obtain a discount for our business rates.
As a result of this, The council credited our account.
Consequently, CLEMENTS are now claiming that we owe them more than what was credited to us from the council in fees? When we questioned this and disputed it, they purposely filed a CCJ incorrectly against our company in an attempt to send bailiffs to our workplace to illegally retrieve monies.
We are now fighting them in court.

“They call you and make it too good to be true and then they charge you a small fee first and before doing the work they are ready to take the second payment. And then they say that it is on the terms and condition that they need to take the second payment but they don't clarify all the terms and conditions on the phone and then they take another percentage of whatever they say they can save and not only that when you want toCancel the contract that you did not sign they say no you can't the paperwork has gone out and therefore they threaten to take you to court and cause a great stress and inconvenience to you stay away from them and then you get a fake letter taking you to court with a scam number googly up he comes up as scam number”

“fantastic service - just received notification from valuation office ccaservice this morning that my rates value has reduced from £19,500 to £12,750 and it means i am going to get back most of the money i have every spent on paying rates.
the whole process took about 4 months, quite a lot happened at first and at the end but not much in the middle while we waited for answers from the valuations office - was worth the wait though.
although we havent had to pay rates this year just gone i was worried about having to start paying again shortly but this has totally changed things for us.

“Wonderful outcome and great service. Really struggled during the last year and was skeptical but so pleased I took the chance. They helped me pay their fees with a payment plan and by the time I had to make the second payment I had some reliefs I didn’t even know I was entitled to. “Absolutely excellent company. Clear about what they could do and by golly they did it. Firstly got me reliefs I didn’t even know I was entitled to and then reduced the rates so I got a refund and when I have to start paying rates again in July I will have to pay less. Next year when we all get hit with full rates it will be less. I have Alaska’s been dubious about rates company’s and never did it before in fifteen years but was desperate due to the pandemic and took the chance. The fees were clear and I while it was an effort they also gave me a payment plan to help and didn’t charge anything extra for the plan. By the time I’d made the second payment I had the reliefs and so was happy to settle up. Never done a review about anything before but am so pleased for the result that just thanking them is not enough. Very happy client.”

“not normally one for reviews but today clements agreed a reduction for me. i have tried with 2 other companies and got nowhere in the past. its early days but i have just received confirmation from valuation office that clements agreed a challenge case reduction from my rates value which was £39,000 to £21,000 - i am expecting to get roughly £8,000pa back for the last 4 years. as a warehouse we got no grants so this rebate is going to make a big difference.
