“We struggled greatly all over covid with lock downs and had no reliefs as an office and no grants as our rv was too high.about to go bust when Clements approached us and although it took a while finally we have had our rates reduced and are awaiting our refund. This has come in the nick of time to save our business. The time we waited was fairly long but this was due to the back log of cases with the government and not down to Clements who got as frustrated as us with chasing them.”

“Avoid at all costs I spoke to my Director of both companies regarding this company as I had previous dealings, they took the £5.99 for each site low and behold they sent me via email with some rubbish on it but it was actually quite good, needless to say in January they took 2 lots of £948.02 what have we received absolutely nothing I have tried calling them they don't answer the phone stay away from them at all costs

“fantastic service - just received notification from valuation office ccaservice this morning that my rates value has reduced from £19,500 to £12,750 and it means i am going to get back most of the money i have every spent on paying rates.
the whole process took about 4 months, quite a lot happened at first and at the end but not much in the middle while we waited for answers from the valuations office - was worth the wait though.
although we havent had to pay rates this year just gone i was worried about having to start paying again shortly but this has totally changed things for us.

“Wonderful outcome and great service. Really struggled during the last year and was skeptical but so pleased I took the chance. They helped me pay their fees with a payment plan and by the time I had to make the second payment I had some reliefs I didn’t even know I was entitled to. Waiting for a refund now for a small reduction and they are now trying to get more. Could not have asked for anything more. “Absolutely excellent company. Clear about what they could do and by golly they did it. Firstly got me reliefs I didn’t even know I was entitled to and then reduced the rates so I got a refund and when I have to start paying rates again in July I will have to pay less. Next year when we all get hit with full rates it will be less. I have Alaska’s been dubious about rates company’s and never did it before in fifteen years but was desperate due to the pandemic and took the chance. The fees were clear and I while it was an effort they also gave me a payment plan to help and didn’t charge anything extra for the plan. By the time I’d made the second payment I had the reliefs and so was happy to settle up. Never done a review about anything before but am so pleased for the result that just thanking them is not enough. Very happy client.”
