“A couple years ago I had bought the hydrology 9 when it first was released. And I ended up returning it because I had a small leak and I didn't feel it vaporized the way I wanted it to. I just purchased the atomic9. I would recommend to anybody from The Vape connoisseur to somebody that is new into vaporizing herb. It would be nice if it had a better battery and a slightly bigger chamber”

“Honeslty Got the New Hydrology9 NX! I believe better than just smoking lighter fluid and getting thay gross Brown stuff in your mouth smelling Like wack weed. This has helped Hide the smell alot more of a solo peace than a crew peace . Not much smoke from Dry herb but still messing with the Heats . So far yellow has been my Favorite but need to try more to see how that goes . Wax Great!! Hands Down Glad this was a Great Addition! It Smacks!! I don't put alot either . Just get way more smoke . But if you forget about smoke an focus on it being vap ..Dry herb comes in really Handy . Definitely Best Money I have ever put on a Peace . Thank you Cloudious9 For such a Great Design n Great Product! I'll be a Future Buyer an I already sent the word out.”

“The purchase experience was disappointing. After reading a review, we agreed the Cloudious 9 is a unique and wonderfully engineered product. When I went to the website, it said the product was out-of-stock and that an updated model -- no details provided -- would be soon available. I signed up to be notified when the new model arrived. Fast forward several weeks. No message from the company, but I checked the website again. Lo and behold, the original model is indeed in stock AND the new model has also arrived. It appears the new model can also use concentrate so we figure it's not for us. We order the old model. It arrives. The comprehensive seeming owner's manual proves useless. After charging, we can't turn the thing on. After watching several YouTube videos and calling customer service, we finally get it to work. The rep, very knowledgeable and supportive, tells us the new model is easier to use, based on customer feedback. I tell him we don't use concentrate. He tells us we don't need to get the concentrate chamber and can just get the flower unit. I check the website. Lo and behold, there are TWO versions of the new model, which required reading the small print to figure out. Arghhh! In all fairness, now that we've got our Cloudious9 working, we like it a lot. The smoothest smoke ever. But holy cow!!”

“The best intake vehicle on the cannabis market!!! 5 out of 5 stars! It could be placebo but I feel as if I am receiving additional/purified oxygen through the water filtration system. The LED color light display is not only cool, but it actually has functional uses. I would hands down suggest for home/travel. You can use for personal or shared use. Good amount of cannabis can fit in bowl, and we find the most advantageous temperature to be yellow (2nd to lowest). Easy to clean and comes with great cleaning kit. We tend to replace water once a day and clean filter/bowl after each use. FREE “LEATHER CASE” IS A MUST HAVE!”

“Great product, super clean, flavorful, smooth hits! ❤️ There was a small defect in the glass mouth piece and it cut my finger so I had to smooth it out with an emery board. It worked for the most part. Great vape! P.S. if someone could send out another mouth piece it would be five stars all day!”

“This is one of the best purchases I have made. No harshness on my throat. When I had difficulty with the Cloudious ( my fault not a product defect) the customer support was all I could have wished for. I bought 2 more for christmas gifts. After I left my 2 devices in my car overnight in 20 degree weather they wouldn't work correctly. I thought stupidity probably voided my warranty. They were wonderful. They asked for videos to show them the problem and they sent me not one but two battery units with no charge. I just received those. I was so pleased I came here to write a positive review and saw they have a new model. I bought it. Strongly recommend. Thank you for such a great product.”

“Great Product Great Service. I purchased my first Cloudious in 4/20. It is a superlative product. Gone is the harshness on my throat and there is not a lot of smoke. When I had a problem with my device customer support was right there with help. I bought two more devices for Christmas gifts although I kept one of these for myself. I left them in my car overnight in 20 degree weather. They wouldn't work. So I contacted customer support and after a submission of videos they sent me not one but 2 of the battery units. These folks have provided the best customer service this side of Apple ( I think Apple care is the best). I heartily recommend the product and the company.”

“I bought the bundle so i have all 3 products. Surprisingly i was disappointed with the product i was most excited to get the Hydrology 9. It is so inconsistant and the heat setting on its highest is not hot enough. I am only able to ever get one cycle out of each bowl and the battery seems to constantly be running low. BUT The two other products that i received that i really just bough on a whim are amazing! If the Hydrology 9 didn't exist and i just purchased the Atomic 9 and Techtonic 9 i would give a 5 star review. Everything arrives fast, beautiful packaging and tons of accessories. I think the Atomic 9 does what i expected from the Hydrology 9. The Atomic 9 has amazing taste, great heat options, user friendly and it really gives nice hits and several cycles out of one small bowl. It really saves money on product and you get everything out of it. The Techtonic 9 makes packing a bowl take 2 seconds. If you smoke often this is just so convient and user friendly. It seems silly but honestly everytime i pack a bowl i am excited to use it. I really hope Cloudious 9 fixes the issues with the Hydrology 9 to have it work as well as the Atomic 9, then this would be an overall 5 star review.”

“This is my first new vape in years - I've been using PAX. I really like the Cloudious9: it's, comfortable to hold, airflow is great, taste is much better, and it's easy to use. AND it's a fantastic price point! Never going back to PAX.”
